Verification loop and withdrawal hold with 7 years old account

I have been a loyal user of Betwinner since 2019 (Account ID: 120464193).

I am attempting to withdraw my legitimate winnings of ₹4,16,250. Despite cooperating fully for over 17 days, the Security Department is stalling my verification. They keep telling me to wait. No timeline, just waiting. I have submitted all docs they asked for.

Crucial Fact: My identity and these same documents have already been fully verified and approved by Betwinner's sister-brand, 22Bet, for my account under the same name.

Lastly, I have sent a final 24-hour notice to their internal complaints team (complaint@betwinner.com), which has been ignored.

I am now seeking the assistance of AskGamblers to recover my funds.

Withdrawal ID 4848680379 Missing

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing an official complaint against Betwinner regarding a missing withdrawal of 1,000 units (Transaction ID: 4848680379). The platform marked the transaction as successful, but the funds never arrived in my mobile e-wallet (Etisalat Cash).

I have tried to resolve this with their support multiple times and provided them with full video proof and an official comprehensive PDF account statement showing zero funds received. Instead of resolving the issue, their support agents gave me contradictory responses—one claimed a refund was made, while another provided a different reference number and even falsely accused me of fraud just for asking for a transaction receipt.

I am exhausted from their stalling tactics and continuous refusal to provide an official, traceable financial receipt from their side. I am attaching all the supporting documents, screenshots of the conflicting support chats, and my full e-wallet statement to this file as additional evidence.
I request AskGamblers to intervene, review their financial logs, and help me recover my trapped funds.

Withdrawal done but not received since March 29th

I requested a withdrawal of 25,000 EGP via Etisalat Cash on March 29, 2026, and until today, I have not received my money. The status was marked as completed, yet nothing has reached my wallet.

I contacted support multiple times and submitted all required details, but my case has been stuck “under review” for over 12 days with no clear explanation, no proof of transfer, and no real solution. Responses are slow and repetitive, and no one seems to take responsibility.

Complaint Regarding Withdrawal OTP Issue

Dear Gambler Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise an objection regarding a serious issue with the withdrawal OTP process. Since 28/03/2026, I have repeatedly attempted to withdraw my funds, but I have not received the required OTP. Despite my persistent efforts, I have been met with repeated delays and vague excuses from your support team, and no concrete resolution has been provided.
I must stress that I have been a loyal customer since 2022, with extensive gameplay and trust in your platform. I expect a fair and immediate resolution. If the OTP issue cannot be resolved promptly, I insist on an alternative method, such as receiving the OTP via a phone call.
I urge you to address this matter urgently and fairly. Please acknowledge receipt of this objection and provide a concrete plan of action.

"M'y account (ID: 1155273753) has been restricted since February 2026. Current balance: 11,000,000 CDF (approx. 4,500 USD). After they repeatedly rejected my identification photos for months, they finally validated them, but now they only respond with automated messages since I provided my deposit proof on March 2, 2026.

Furthermore, the operator has blocked me from all their official Facebook pages to prevent me from claiming my rights publicly. Now, they are using delay tactics (Clause 24.2.10) to potentially freeze my funds for another 180 days. This is a clear case of bad faith and customer harassment. I demand the immediate unblocking of my account."

I am trying to withdraw my money from last 5days but every time getting an error "Declined by operator, payment processing error". I have tried to withdraw money through all available withdrawal methods but not a single method allowed me to withdraw my money. In fact my deposit method is icash.one but still icash.one method is inactive under withdrawal section. In short betwinner is not allowing me to withdraw my money through any method. I have provided all the screenshots along with video to customer support but they are only saying try after 1-2 hours but they are not understanding it's been 5days not a single withdrawal is successful. Kindly make a note my all time deposit method is icash.one so kindly allow me to withdraw my money through icash.one method, currently icash.one method is showing inactive in my withdrawal section, so kindly make it available for me for successful withdrawal. As all available methods already tried but declined by operator error is coming. My humble request is to resolve this issue as soon as possible since I have already mailed betwinner customer support and security team through email but they are not responding me.

Unfair treatment and unresolved withdrawal Issue

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Betwinner. As a loyal customer for years, I've always followed their rules and terms, but they've failed to treat me fairly.

Despite multiple requests, they've declined my withdrawal, asking for documents I've already submitted. No clear reason is given for the holdup. I've been a responsible user, and it's unacceptable to be treated like this.

Because I've won, I can't redraw my money.

I just want the 271 USD that is in my account balance. If they want they can keep the account.

Formal Complaint Regarding unjust Account Closure and Refund Betwinner Account ID 1338919789

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Betwinner regarding the closure of my betting account (Account ID: 1338919789, and the withholding of my funds.

Betwinner closed my account citing violations of their Terms and Conditions but did not provide clear evidence or details of any wrongdoing on my part. Their message stated that balances would be refunded after an investigation, excluding any unfair profits, yet they also claimed that the deposited funds have already been withdrawn from my account without refund or explanation.

I have repeatedly requested clarification and the status of my remaining balance, but Betwinner has refused to respond, stating their decision is final and ignoring any further communication from me.

I believe this treatment is unfair and not in accordance with responsible and transparent business practices expected of licensed bookmakers.

I kindly ask your office to investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that my rightful funds are returned to me or that I receive a clear, justified explanation.
