I am facing continuous rejection of my withdrawal requests on Betwinner without any valid explanation. My account is fully verified, and I have fulfilled all necessary wagering and rollover requirements.

I have tried contacting their support and sent multiple emails to their complaint department, but I have received no response or assistance

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent withdrawal request on Betwinner.
My withdrawal request was kept in 'Processing' status for a long time and was subsequently rejected by the Betwinner team without a valid resolution.
Since the standard withdrawal methods are currently failing or causing unexpected delays, I request you to kindly enable or allow the IMPS AUTO method for my account so that my funds can be transferred smoothly and directly to my bank account.

Hello AskGamblers team,

I need help against Betwinner.

I requested withdrawal of my full balance 73,433 XOF and requested permanent closure of my account: Houessou Marguerite, ID 1420814103.

Betwinner closed my account FIRST, without paying my balance.

Then they asked me to send my ID card before they can proceed to withdrawal.

I sent my CNI front/back on 23 September 2026 to [email protected].

Since then, more than 10 days, no answer. No withdrawal. Account remains closed with my money inside.

I sent reminders to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] - ignored.

I request manual payment of 73,433 XOF to my MTN/Wave +225 0501300088.

I have proof: screenshot of balance before closure, copy of CNI sent, emails sent.

I am writing to request mediation regarding my Betwinner account with Account ID: < sent to the casino >, which has been restricted, preventing me from withdrawing my funds.

I have fully cooperated with every document request from the security team, providing high-quality, official files exactly as requested. Despite my complete compliance, my account remains frozen in an indefinite verification loop.

Timeline of Events:

June 30, 2026: The security team requested an original e-Aadhaar PDF downloaded from the official government portal, along with Icash payment system screenshots showing my transaction history from 17.06.2026 to 30.06.2026. I submitted all requested documents on this exact date.

July 2, 2026: I received an update from the support team stating: "Unfortunately it took additional time to process the data on your request. Results of your data verification will be sent to your e-mail address."

Current Status: It has been over 10 days since my submission. Phone support continues to state that my documents are "getting verified," but no timeline or resolution has been provided.

I have operated my account entirely within the Terms and Conditions, using my own official identity documents and payment methods. I request that Betwinner review my submitted data, lift the account restrictions, and process my withdrawals.

Betwinner blocked my account for no reason and not letting me to withdraw my money

My betwinner id is - 175488111 and betwinner blocked my id without any valid reason. And I contacted their security department and they asked my pdf Aadhar card I have given it and after that I never get any response from the casino they are purely ignoring my messages. I need help from askgamblers. Hope you guys will help me.

"M'y account (ID: 1155273753) has been restricted since February 2026. Current balance: 11,000,000 CDF (approx. 4,500 USD). After they repeatedly rejected my identification photos for months, they finally validated them, but now they only respond with automated messages since I provided my deposit proof on March 2, 2026.

Furthermore, the operator has blocked me from all their official Facebook pages to prevent me from claiming my rights publicly. Now, they are using delay tactics (Clause 24.2.10) to potentially freeze my funds for another 180 days. This is a clear case of bad faith and customer harassment.
