My withdrawal has been pending for more than 14 days and is still showing "Processing". I have contacted BetWinner support several times, but I have only received responses mentioning technical issues. No payment has been received and no clear explanation or resolution has been provided.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that my complaint be recorded regarding the operator's handling of customer withdrawals.

​Timeline of Events:

​June 30, 2026: The security team requested an original e-Aadhaar PDF downloaded from the official government portal, along with Icash payment system screenshots showing my transaction history from 17.06.2026 to 30.06.2026. I submitted all requested documents on this exact date.

​July 2, 2026: I received an update from the support team stating: "Unfortunately it took additional time to process the data on your request. Results of your data verification will be sent to your e-mail address."

​Current Status: It has been over 10 days since my submission. Phone support continues to state that my documents are "getting verified," but no timeline or resolution has been provided.

​I have operated my account entirely within the Terms and Conditions, using my own official identity documents and payment methods. I request that Betwinner review my submitted data, lift the account restrictions, and process my withdrawals.

My betwinner id is - 175488111 and betwinner blocked my id without any valid reason. And I contacted their security department and they asked my pdf Aadhar card I have given it and after that I never get any response from the casino they are purely ignoring my messages. I need help from askgamblers. Hope you guys will help me.

I requested a withdrawal of 25,000 EGP via Etisalat Cash on March 29, 2026, and until today, I have not received my money. The status was marked as completed, yet nothing has reached my wallet.

I contacted support multiple times and submitted all required details, but my case has been stuck “under review” for over 12 days with no clear explanation, no proof of transfer, and no real solution. Responses are slow and repetitive, and no one seems to take responsibility.

I have been a loyal user of Betwinner since 2019 (Account ID: 120464193).

I am attempting to withdraw my legitimate winnings of ₹4,16,250. Despite cooperating fully for over 17 days, the Security Department is stalling my verification. They keep telling me to wait. No timeline, just waiting. I have submitted all docs they asked for.

Crucial Fact: My identity and these same documents have already been fully verified and approved by Betwinner's sister-brand, 22Bet, for my account under the same name.

Lastly, I have sent a final 24-hour notice to their internal complaints team ([email protected]), which has been ignored.

I am now seeking the assistance of AskGamblers to recover my funds.

"M'y account (ID: 1155273753) has been restricted since February 2026. Current balance: 11,000,000 CDF (approx. 4,500 USD). After they repeatedly rejected my identification photos for months, they finally validated them, but now they only respond with automated messages since I provided my deposit proof on March 2, 2026.

Furthermore, the operator has blocked me from all their official Facebook pages to prevent me from claiming my rights publicly. Now, they are using delay tactics (Clause 24.2.10) to potentially freeze my funds for another 180 days. This is a clear case of bad faith and customer harassment.
