My account was already verified in the past, and I have once again submitted all the requested documents as per your latest instructions. Despite full cooperation and compliance from my side, I am still being asked to wait indefinitely for a notification, with no specific timeline or progress update provided.

This delay is unacceptable and feels completely unjustified, especially for a previously verified and active account. I have always adhered to your platform’s guidelines, and I believe I deserve fair and timely support.

Hello AskGamblers team,

I need help against Betwinner.

I requested withdrawal of my full balance 73,433 XOF and requested permanent closure of my account: Houessou Marguerite, ID 1420814103.

Betwinner closed my account FIRST, without paying my balance.

Then they asked me to send my ID card before they can proceed to withdrawal.

I sent my CNI front/back on 23 September 2026 to [email protected].

Since then, more than 10 days, no answer. No withdrawal. Account remains closed with my money inside.

I sent reminders to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] - ignored.

I request manual payment of 73,433 XOF to my MTN/Wave +225 0501300088.

I have proof: screenshot of balance before closure, copy of CNI sent, emails sent.

I am writing to request mediation regarding my Betwinner account with Account ID: < sent to the casino >, which has been restricted, preventing me from withdrawing my funds.

I have fully cooperated with every document request from the security team, providing high-quality, official files exactly as requested. Despite my complete compliance, my account remains frozen in an indefinite verification loop.

Timeline of Events:

June 30, 2026: The security team requested an original e-Aadhaar PDF downloaded from the official government portal, along with Icash payment system screenshots showing my transaction history from 17.06.2026 to 30.06.2026. I submitted all requested documents on this exact date.

July 2, 2026: I received an update from the support team stating: "Unfortunately it took additional time to process the data on your request. Results of your data verification will be sent to your e-mail address."

Current Status: It has been over 10 days since my submission. Phone support continues to state that my documents are "getting verified," but no timeline or resolution has been provided.

I have operated my account entirely within the Terms and Conditions, using my own official identity documents and payment methods. I request that Betwinner review my submitted data, lift the account restrictions, and process my withdrawals.

Betwinner blocked my account for no reason and not letting me to withdraw my money

My betwinner id is - 175488111 and betwinner blocked my id without any valid reason. And I contacted their security department and they asked my pdf Aadhar card I have given it and after that I never get any response from the casino they are purely ignoring my messages. Crucial Fact: My identity and these same documents have already been fully verified and approved by Betwinner's sister-brand, 22Bet, for my account under the same name.

Lastly, I have sent a final 24-hour notice to their internal complaints team ([email protected]), which has been ignored.
