Withdrawal pending since May 18th
I would like to submit a complaint against BetOBet regarding my withdrawal of 400 EUR.
My account is fully verified, and I have already provided all the requested documents. I deposited using NETELLER and completed all verification procedures required by the operator.
I requested a withdrawal of 400 EUR, but the payment remains pending and has not been processed. I contacted customer support multiple times, but I only received delays and unclear answers.
I believe this behavior is unfair and unacceptable. I trusted this operator because they accepted NETELLER, but now I am unable to receive my money.
