Crypto withdrawal pending since November 30
I requested a €2,800 crypto withdrawal on November 30.
My account has been fully verified since November 25 and no additional documents have been requested.
According to BetO Bet’s Terms & Conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 3–5 business days. However, my withdrawal has now been pending for more than 14 days.
I have contacted live chat and email support multiple times and received only automated responses stating that my case has been “escalated”, without any concrete update, reason for delay, or processing date.
This delay is unjustified and I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue and receive my funds.
