I am resubmitting this complaint as 22Bet has now made their final decision and confirmed they will no longer respond to my emails.
I received an email from their Security Department stating that I am entitled to withdraw my deposited sum only. I accepted this decision and requested my refund.
I received a final email from Hugo at [email protected] stating that future emails regarding this issue will not receive further consideration. This confirms their investigation is closed and they have refused to process my refund.
I am not asking for my account to be reopened or for any winnings—only the return of my deposits (CHF 805), as they confirmed I am entitled to.
