I have a problem with withdrawal from 22bet. My withdrawal is frozen for 1 month.
They are asking every other day for a new document, when I provide they ask for a new.
So far,I verified my identity by providing:
- photo of passport
- selfie with passport
- selfie with passport and conversation with them in the background.
I verified my address by sending a bank statement with a visible address.
I verified my payment used with 22bet by sending a card statement and a photo of the card.
I sent a few more documents they asked for, and all were accepted. And even if everything is confirmed, they are still asking for new documents.
They ask for a driving licence (I do not own but I sent them my passport to verify my identity)
Then, when I said I do not own it, they asked about the birth certificate. I have lived in Canada for years, but I was born in Poland, so I can not provide this document, and they answered that they will ignore my email if I do not provide this document.
I sent many documents that confirm my identity, address, and payment, but the account still can't be verified. I dont understand it.
