More 48 Hours to deposit but the amount is not credited in my betting account
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution.
Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
One request to you, I have checked the some of your resolution marked closed while the player still haven't received the fund neither in bank account nor in player betting account in 22Bet. The app used to have such payment partner which takes our fund and withdraw them and betting team don't have any control on them. Also they don't provide the bank statement of the payment partner neither to us nor to you. I am using this app since April-2020 and now a days these issues are increasing and you mark them closed without proper investigation.
As a user we can provide the official bank statements whenever they want but why they don't share the bank statement of their payment partner. It feels unfair to a customer who trust you. I want a detailed investigation from you as still from last February my 40K amount still not credited in my betting account and you marked it close that time.
If you are quite sure then please share the bank statements otherwise accept that your payment partner make you fool and eaten up my money and you can't approach to him as he ran away and process the refund from your side. Why customer has to bear the cheating of your payment partner.
As previously advised, if the funds are not returned within 10 business days, please contact your bank directly for further assistance with the refund on their side.
