Endless verification and withdrawal delay

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal delay caused by an ongoing and repetitive verification process at 22bet.

I registered my account in 2024 and previously had no issues with deposits or withdrawals. Recently, after requesting a withdrawal, my request was denied, and verification began. Despite fully cooperating, the process has now lasted over 10 days.

I have submitted all the requested documents, including ID, bank card, driving licence, utility bill, and even a selfie with documents. All documents are valid, high resolution, and fully match my account details.

Each time I submit documents, I am told to wait up to 72 hours, only to be asked for additional documents again without explanation. Customer support repeatedly responds with the same message: “Please wait, verification may take up to 72 hours.”

I have never violated any rules, used third-party accounts, or used unauthorized payment methods. This no longer appears to be a standard verification process but an intentional delay following a winning period.

My account balance is €1,600. I am requesting assistance from AskGamblers to ensure 22Bet completes verification and processes my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Situation still not resolved. After I sent them my passport, they asked for a photo of me holding a piece of paper with a code written on it. I sent that immediately as well. Now, after three more days, they are asking for details about the bank card I was using before, which is now expired.

I repeat: this whole process started on February 17. Today is March 9 and my money is still blocked on their site.

I sent them the last card details they requested also, but now I'm really starting to think that they will simply steal my money without any reason or explanation.

Please, AskGamblers, help me if you can!

P.S. Interestingly, they have not blocked my account for betting activities, only for withdrawals. They are probably hoping I will gamble my money away, but that will not be the case.

22Bet Marked My 3,030 EGP Withdrawal as Completed, but the Payment Provider Confirms It Was Not Sent to My Number

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal from 22Bet that was marked as completed, but I never received the money.

The details of the withdrawal are:

* Operator: 22Bet
* Withdrawal amount: 3,030 EGP
* Withdrawal transaction number: 5260776595
* Status on 22Bet: Completed
* Amount received: 0 EGP

22Bet has repeatedly confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully completed. They also provided me with a payment receipt as proof of the transaction.

However, I contacted the payment provider using the transaction information provided by 22Bet. The payment provider informed me that the transfer was not sent to my payment number.

The payment provider also indicated that the receipt/information provided does not correspond to a transfer made to my payment number. They did not provide me with further transaction details because I am not the initiating party of the payment.

I have already contacted 22Bet customer support several times. Unfortunately, they continue to repeat that the withdrawal was “completed” without providing me with a transaction reference that can independently prove that the money was actually sent to my payment number.

I have therefore requested that 22Bet contact its payment processor and open a formal Payment Trace/Investigation for the withdrawal.

What I need from 22Bet is not another confirmation that the withdrawal is “Completed”. I need verifiable information showing:

1. Which payment processor handled my withdrawal.
2. The official Transaction ID / Transfer Reference / Trace Number.
3. Confirmation of the destination to which the 3,030 EGP was actually sent.
4. Proof that the funds were delivered to my registered payment number.
5. If the money was sent to an incorrect destination, an explanation of why this happened and recovery of my funds.

I am attaching the available evidence, including the withdrawal record and the receipt provided by 22Bet.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this dispute and to request that 22Bet provide a verifiable payment trace and return my 3,030 EGP if the funds were not correctly delivered to me.

Withdrawal rejected due to prolonged verification

Hello,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal and verification process at 22Bet.
On August 30, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1,311 from my 22Bet account. The funds were obtained through regular sports betting, starting with approximately €170.
When I requested the withdrawal, 22Bet required additional verification documents. I provided all documents requested, including my identity document and an additional verification photo showing my face, my identity document, and the device used for betting with my personal 22Bet profile open.
On September 2, 2026, I was asked to provide an additional proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill. I submitted the requested document on the same day.
After submitting the documents, I repeatedly received generic responses stating:
“Your data is under verification, please wait for notification to your e-mail from the Security Department.”
and:
“All requests are processed in turn. We apologize for any inconveniences and kindly ask you to wait for notification to your e-mail.”
As of September 4, 2026, my verification has still not been completed, and I have not received a specific timeframe or confirmation regarding whether all required documents are sufficient. My withdrawal of €1,311 remains pending.
I fully understand the need for KYC and security verification and have cooperated with every request made by 22Bet. However, I would appreciate a clear resolution, completion of the verification process, and rejection of my pending withdrawal.
I can provide screenshots of all communication and documents requested by 22Bet if necessary.

Delayed withdrawal via bKash

On August 18, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 3500 BDT via bKash from my 22bet account (Player ID: 1649254813). On the platform, the status shows "Approved" with Payment Query No: 20996210, but the money has not reached my wallet.

For the past 14 days, customer support has only sent template replies saying it has been forwarded to the technical department. Knowing there are local gateway issues, I requested them to cancel the pending transaction so I could withdraw via Cryptocurrency instead, but they refuse to cancel or resolve it.

Withheld withdrawal repeated document requests and don't want to pay out

I have been a verified customer since 2024 and have completed over 100 previous withdrawals on this account without any issues. A few weeks ago I requested a withdrawal of over 3,000 EUR. I was asked to submit verification documents again, which I did promptly and in full: an ID photo from a different angle, a selfie holding my ID next to my device with my account profile open, a utility bill as proof of address, my driving license front and back, and a photo of my passport.

After each submission, I received only a generic reply stating my data was "under verification" with no timeframe given, and I was then asked for yet another new document. This has been going on for weeks now, with no resolution. 22bet does not want to finish the verification process, and is holding over 3,000 EUR of my funds without any willingness to pay out, despite my being a verified customer since 2024.

I have repeatedly and explicitly asked, in writing, for a specific timeframe for resolution. I have never received a direct answer, only the same generic response: "We apologize for any inconveniences and kindly ask you to wait for notification to your e-mail."

Two deposits never arrived

I have made multiples deposit with the website but 2 deposits never arrived in my account. I had file complaints regarding them with the site, but there answer always remains the same "Please wait, it will be credited soon."

They have asked me for statements, videos, bank transaction confirmations on multiple occasions which I provided all of on multiple occasions. But still they have failed to deposit or refund the amount even after 60 days .

Complaint against 22BET account verification pending since 24 June 2026 and withdraw problem

I am submitting this complaint because I have been unable to complete the verification of my 22BET account since 24 June 2026, despite fully cooperating with every verification request made by 22BET.

Since the beginning of the verification process, I have submitted numerous documents and verification materials, including:

* Passport
* Identity card
* Various proof-of-address documents/bills
* Selfie
* Selfie while logged into my 22BET account
* Selfie holding a paper with the current date and 22BET’s verification code
* Other documents specifically requested by 22BET

I have submitted these documents multiple times. They were clear, readable and of good quality. However, on numerous occasions 22BET responded that the documents were either of insufficient quality or that they had not received them.

I have continued cooperating and resubmitting everything they requested.

The latest document was submitted 8 days ago, and my verification is still showing as “under review.”

Four days ago, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update. I received no meaningful response. I sent another follow-up and, again, received only an automated response.

Today I contacted them once again. The response was another automated email thanking me for providing documents, even though I did not submit any new documents in that email. The only purpose of my email was to ask for an update on the verification that has already been pending for months.

At this point, I feel that I am simply going in circles. I have provided all documents requested from me, multiple times, and I have fully cooperated with the verification process.

The verification has now been ongoing since 24 June 2026, which is approximately two months, without a clear explanation of what is still required from me or why the verification has not been completed.

What I am requesting

I would like AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining a clear and final response from 22BET regarding my account verification.

Specifically, I would like 22BET to:

1. Confirm that all documents I submitted have actually been received.
2. Clearly state whether anything is still missing from my verification.
3. If something is missing, specify exactly what document or information is required.
4. Have my case manually reviewed by the appropriate KYC/verification department rather than continuing to send automated responses.
5. Complete my verification as soon as possible if all requirements have already been fulfilled.

I am willing to provide any legitimate additional documentation if required. However, after repeatedly submitting the requested documents for more than two months, I believe it is reasonable to expect a specific explanation and a meaningful response rather than repeated automated messages.

I would greatly appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the sportsbook withdrawal system. I have repeatedly encountered the message "Payment Processing Error" whenever I attempt to withdraw my funds. This issue has occurred multiple times, causing unnecessary delays and a great deal of frustration.
As a sportsbook that handles users' deposits and withdrawals on a daily basis, I expect the withdrawal process to be reliable and efficient. It is unacceptable for users to continuously experience payment processing errors, especially when it involves accessing their own funds. Such recurring issues significantly affect user confidence and trust in your platform.
I kindly request that your technical team investigate this matter as soon as possible, identify the root cause of the problem, and provide a prompt resolution. I would also appreciate a clear explanation as to why this error keeps occurring and an estimated timeline for when my withdrawal can be successfully processed.
I hope this issue will be treated with urgency, as repeated payment processing failures create a poor user experience and undermine confidence in the reliability of your withdrawal system.

Withdrawal rejected and returned by bank

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint against 22bet regarding a withdrawal requested on July 1st, 2026.

The casino processed the withdrawal via their payment processor INPAY S/A. However, due to compliance and security reasons on the receiving end, my bank (Revolut) rejected this incoming transaction and immediately routed the funds back to the sender (INPAY S/A) on the very same day (July 1st).

22bet insists that the transaction was successful on their side because they have an outgoing confirmation from INPAY. They refuse to acknowledge that the money was sent back. The funds are currently stuck in INPAY’s unallocated/suspense account.

Because I am not a direct client of INPAY S/A, I cannot initiate a payment trace - only 22bet, as the merchant, can do this. I have already provided 22bet's support with the official "Notice of Non-Execution / Bounce Receipt" PDF issued by Revolut, which strictly proves the funds were returned.

Unfortunately, 22bet is now completely ignoring my emails and customer support chats, leaving me without my funds for nearly 3 weeks.

I am uploading the official Revolut document as evidence. I kindly request 22bet to finally forward this proof to INPAY S/A, initiate a formal Payment Trace, and locate my returned funds so they can be re-credited to my account balance.

Account withdrawal blocked

I am submitting this official complaint against 22Bet due to a systemic technical loop on their platform that prevents me from withdrawing my funds. The platform's automated security protocols demand that I withdraw using the exact method I used to deposit. However, the system simultaneously blocks or removes the availability of these specific methods, creating an unresolvable technical paradox.

Timeline of Events:

1. On July 5, 2026, I deposited €200 into my account using Neteller. Immediately following the deposit, the option to withdraw funds via Neteller completely vanished from my dashboard.

2. I contacted Neteller Support. On July 8, 2026, Neteller officially confirmed to me in writing that their service is fully operational and that the restriction exists solely on 22Bet’s side. I forwarded this official confirmation to 22Bet Support.

3. To bypass this, I was instructed to establish an alternative payment channel. I deposited additional funds using Skrill. When I attempted to request a withdrawal via Skrill, the platform rejected the request with the following error message: "Please make your withdrawal request using the same details used for a previous withdrawal."

4. On July 16, 2026, 22Bet VIP Manager (Zackary Turborg) admitted via email that "Skrill payment method is not available at this moment." Yet, on July 17, 2026, the casino shifted blame, falsely claiming that Skrill themselves rejected the transaction.

5. I have been placed in a cc'd email chain involving Neteller and 22Bet, where 22Bet's backend team explicitly admitted the issue is on their side but refused to provide further details or a resolution to Neteller's technical agents.

The core issue is that 22Bet is holding my funds hostage within an artificial loop. They mandate a deposit-matching withdrawal method while manually turning off those very gateways on their site. They refuse to grant a manual financial override or process my withdrawal via a standard alternative method (such as Direct Bank Transfer).

I request that AskGamblers mediate this case to force 22Bet to perform a manual payout of my entire balance.

Verification being delayed more than I was told it could be

I recently signed up for 22bet and experienced a great deal of success after my initial deposits. I deposited $4000 CAD, the account balance is now $23000 CAD. After I requested my first withdrawal, it initiated the verification process. I was told during the verification process that each piece of information may take up to 72 hours to verify. They consistently took the full 72 hours to review each piece of information, until this most recent piece, which was sent on Wednesday July 8. I have asked if anything is missing, or what the delay is, and I just get the generic "each request will be processed in the order it is received"
I dont know what else to do at this point, they are telling me rules, and then breaking them a week later. Here is all the documented information I can post below
