Endless verification and withdrawal delay

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal delay caused by an ongoing and repetitive verification process at 22bet.

I registered my account in 2024 and previously had no issues with deposits or withdrawals. Recently, after requesting a withdrawal, my request was denied, and verification began. Despite fully cooperating, the process has now lasted over 10 days.

I have submitted all the requested documents, including ID, bank card, driving licence, utility bill, and even a selfie with documents. All documents are valid, high resolution, and fully match my account details.

Each time I submit documents, I am told to wait up to 72 hours, only to be asked for additional documents again without explanation. Customer support repeatedly responds with the same message: “Please wait, verification may take up to 72 hours.”

I have never violated any rules, used third-party accounts, or used unauthorized payment methods. This no longer appears to be a standard verification process but an intentional delay following a winning period.

My account balance is €1,600. I am requesting assistance from AskGamblers to ensure 22Bet completes verification and processes my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Situation still not resolved. After I sent them my passport, they asked for a photo of me holding a piece of paper with a code written on it. I sent that immediately as well. Now, after three more days, they are asking for details about the bank card I was using before, which is now expired.

I repeat: this whole process started on February 17. Today is March 9 and my money is still blocked on their site.

I sent them the last card details they requested also, but now I'm really starting to think that they will simply steal my money without any reason or explanation.

Please, AskGamblers, help me if you can!

P.S. Interestingly, they have not blocked my account for betting activities, only for withdrawals. They are probably hoping I will gamble my money away, but that will not be the case.

Withdrawal declining from 5 days

Hi my name is < removed > , my 22bet I'd is < removed and sent to the casino >

I am trying to withdraw my funds from 22bet but from last 5 days everytime I try to withdraw my funds after some hours my withdrawal request got cancelled and the reason show is technical error 01, request declined by operater. I contacted in app support, security staff and support email but everyone says wait for some hours your withdrawal will be received in few hours but still everytime my withdrawal request got cancelled. I ask from security dept if anything is required for verification or anything ask me then I will give it to you but they say that your account is up to date and no need for any verification but still my withdrawal got cancelled. If their is option in this complain of pics then I will attach my everything of screen shot with this complain, chat with support security and app support staff, my English is not good if I made any mistake then please forgive it. I think 22bet didn't want to release my funds so I will lose all my money on gambling.

I want 22bet to please release my funds if anything is required then I am here to give every proof and everything but please solve this issue asap, I will be very thankful to askgamblers staff and 22bet.

Dispute Assistance Request 22 BET

I am experiencing serious delays with my account verification and withdrawal process at 22Bet.

I first submitted my verification documents on May 5, 2026, including my ID documents requested by their Security Team. After receiving no confirmation or update, I sent follow-up emails and resubmitted the documents again on May 11, 2026. I also contacted live chat support multiple times.

Despite this, I still have not received:

- confirmation that my documents were received,
- any explanation regarding the delay,
- or any timeframe for completing verification and processing my withdrawal.

Live chat support only provides generic responses such as “the Security Team is reviewing your documents” without any actual progress or information.

It has now been 13 days since my first submission, which I consider unreasonable for a standard ID verification process.

I believe the company is intentionally delaying the verification and withdrawal procedure without proper communication.

I can provide:

- screenshots of submitted emails,
- screenshots of live chat conversations,
- and proof that documents were sent multiple times.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help ensure that 22Bet completes my verification and processes my withdrawal promptly.

Withdrawal pending since May 8th

Hi,

Would like to lodge a complaint where my withdrawal status was unappearing on 8th May'26.

After a few reports to the cust support, one said on the 14th it will solve the second said on the 16th.

This issue is not so difficult, where the operator can refund it to the main system, and I can withdraw it. But I don't know why the operator is making it like a difficult situation, and it is so frustrating.

Endless Verification Delays and Asking For Same Documents Over and Over

Hi

I tried lodging a complaint against this bookmaker but it was rejected and told to wait until the bookmaker finishes the process. I indeed waited 72 hours and the bookmaker responded by asking for documents I already sent. When I told them I already sent the documents they are asking for they send the same answer as before " your documents are sent to the specialist, wait for the answer ". I'd like to emphasize this is what they said 3 days ago when the documents were sent and now they're saying it again! Clearly this is some kind of delay tactic!, and I've had enough of this. It is now 4 days and my account is still not verified and everyday I'm getting frustrated with this bookmaker! I have sent every single document at my disposal to these. I would like askgamblers to intervene at this point because I'm being treated unfairly. My balance in my account is €520

I am submitting a complaint against 22bet regarding withheld funds and unfair account closure.

On 17.03.2026 and 18.03.2026 I made deposits via Skrill:
- 261.11 EUR (Transaction ID: 6909641100)
- 400 EUR (Transaction ID: 6910989445)

Immediately after these deposits, 22bet initiated a full verification process (KYC). I fully cooperated and provided everything they requested:
- ID (both sides)
- Selfie with ID
- Additional selfie with device and email visible
- Utility bill (proof of address)
- Passport copy
- Selfie with handwritten code and current date

All documents were accepted without any issue.

On 29.03.2026, I received an email stating that my account was closed and that I could only withdraw my deposit amount.

At that moment:
- My total balance was approximately 1200 EUR
- My deposit amount was exactly 661.11 EUR

I requested a full withdrawal of 661.11 EUR.

However, I only received 283.91 EUR (Transaction ID: 6934394004).

This means that 377.20 EUR of my own deposited funds was not returned.

After this, my account was completely blocked and I could no longer access it.

I contacted 22bet multiple times via email regarding the missing funds, but they have completely ignored all my messages.

I also escalated the case to Skrill. Skrill confirmed that:
- Part of the refund (400 EUR) is still missing
- They contacted 22bet multiple times
- 22bet is not responding to them either

This is extremely concerning.

To summarize:
- I passed full verification
- My account was closed without clear justification
- I was told I would receive my deposit
- I did not receive the full deposit
- 22bet is ignoring both me and Skrill

I am requesting the return of my missing deposited funds in the amount of 377.20 EUR.

This behavior is completely unfair and unacceptable.

I am writing this complaint regarding a pending withdrawal which is not processed by 22bet even after more than 3 days ,after asking the customer support today they told me to wait for another 2-3 hrs it's been more than 6 hrs now i try to contact them again but they repeating the same messages again and are mainly focused on my 5 star ratings rather than focusing on solving my problem, I am worried about my money now I don't believe in them providing me any withdrawals anymore I have placed withdrawal from other platforms to the same bank account and seen my amount reflecting within hrs of me placing a request I don't even know what is taking so much time for 22bet alone to process a simple withdraw request for 3 days. Unlawful Withholding of Verified Funds

I am officially filing a dispute regarding my account [1232409677]. My funds (₹10,000) have been held since January 23, 2026. I have provided all requested proof of payment, bank statements, and ID verification multiple times.

I deposited ₹10,000 INR on 23rd Jan 2026 the payment was successful from my end but it was never added into the gaming account hence when I contacted the customer support team through various mediums on multiple occasions but I got nothing only computer generated answers again and again which irritated me a lot. Every time I contacted them for my payment refund they used to give me fake commitments that your funds are safe with us and will be transferred to you within few hours this is what they used to tell me again and again but I never received the funds now its more than 40 days has been passed away still I haven't received my funds.

Also the customer support service is pathetic giving computer generated answers all the time and sending me emojis of yoga and asking me to keep patience this is really disgusting behaviour of their customer support and hence I became angry and slammed them because I already kept patience for more than 40 days still issue is not resolved and they are playing with my emotions and wasting the time and doing nothing and now they have blocked my gaming account.

They don't have any fear despite of giving warning as well still they have not shown any courtesy to resolve my issue and transfer the funds

Please take strict action against this horrible people and I don't have any expectations only I need my money back ₹10,000 and already I have provided them bank statement and payment screenshot numerous times.

File a formal complaint with relevant Consumer Protection authorities and report this transaction as fraud and will go for legal approach.

I don't want to do this but they are resolving my issue and still I have not received my ₹10,000 hence they have not kept any option in-front of me, So my humble request to you is please intervene in this matter and resolve the issue within 24 hours and help me get my money back. I made a deposit in 22bet for an amount of 5000 INR on 6 march 2026 , at 10:13 PM. The said amount is debited from my bank but not credited in my gaming wallet. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send the bank statement from the said date of my deposit until right now. I did the same but they replied they did not receive funds and asked me to contact my bank.

When i contacted my bank, they said the amount and the transaction went through fine and the opposing party received the amount. What more can i do here? Totally unfair from 22bet to stop my deposit.

I am submitting this complaint against 22Bet regarding my withdrawal which has been delayed for more than 9 days due to repeated verification requests.

I registered my account in 2024 and I have always used the same payment method for deposits and withdrawals. In the past, deposits and withdrawals worked smoothly and fast, and I was very satisfied with the service. Because of that, I continued using the bookmaker.

Recently, after I had more winnings than usual, I requested a withdrawal of 1130€. Since then, the verification process started and it still has not finished.

So far I have provided all documents they asked for:

- ID verification
- Driving licence
- Passport
- Utility bill
- Personal information confirmation
- card transactions

All pictures and documents that I sent were in high resolution and larger than 1MB as requested, and all information is clearly visible.

Every time I send the requested document, I am told to wait up to 72 hours, and after that they ask for another document again. This has now been going on for more than 9 days.

All my documents are valid and all information matches my account details. I have never used another person’s account, never used different payment methods, and never violated any rules.

I contacted support multiple times and the only response I receive is:
"Please wait, verification may take up to 72 hours."

This does not look like normal verification anymore, but like intentional delay of withdrawal after a winning period.

I am asking AskGamblers to help resolve this case and make 22Bet complete the verification and process my withdrawal as soon as possible.
