I am experiencing serious delays with my account verification and withdrawal process at 22Bet.
I first submitted my verification documents on May 5, 2026, including my ID documents requested by their Security Team. After receiving no confirmation or update, I sent follow-up emails and resubmitted the documents again on May 11, 2026. I also contacted live chat support multiple times.
Despite this, I still have not received:
- confirmation that my documents were received,
- any explanation regarding the delay,
- or any timeframe for completing verification and processing my withdrawal.
Live chat support only provides generic responses such as “the Security Team is reviewing your documents” without any actual progress or information.
It has now been 13 days since my first submission, which I consider unreasonable for a standard ID verification process.
I believe the company is intentionally delaying the verification and withdrawal procedure without proper communication.
I can provide:
- screenshots of submitted emails,
- screenshots of live chat conversations,
- and proof that documents were sent multiple times.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help ensure that 22Bet completes my verification and processes my withdrawal promptly.
