I requested a withdrawal of 7000 EGP on June 19th, 2025.
The status is marked as "Completed" on 22Bet, but the money never arrived in my account.
I contacted 22Bet support many times and all they say is that the issue is under review with no real update for over 15 days.
I’m attaching screenshots and proof.
Please help.

I would like to update you regarding my withdrawal issue with 22Bet.
Today, after a long period of delay and repeated responses from the casino, my withdrawal request of EGP 7000 was rejected by the payment operator, and the funds have now been returned to my account, as shown in the attached screenshot.
This clearly confirms that no actual payment was made and the issue remains unresolved, despite the casino's claims and continuous delays over the past weeks.
I kindly ask for your direct intervention to push for a final and clear resolution. The casino’s repeated responses show a pattern of intentional stalling rather than real progress.
Also, I would like to ask:
If I initiate a new withdrawal request now, will it be processed successfully, or will it just get rejected again like before?
This uncertainty is unacceptable, and I am stuck without any guarantee or trust in the process anymore.

However, I would like to point out that I have already submitted all the required documents more than three weeks ago, and there has been no concrete update or resolution so far.
Please provide a clear and final solution as soon as possible, as this delay is unacceptable and there has been no real progress for too long.
