I made a deposit in 22bet for an amount of 5000 INR on 6 march 2026 , at 10:13 PM. The said amount is debited from my bank but not credited in my gaming wallet. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send the bank statement from the said date of my deposit until right now. I did the same but they replied they did not receive funds and asked me to contact my bank.
When i contacted my bank, they said the amount and the transaction went through fine and the opposing party received the amount. What more can i do here? Totally unfair from 22bet to stop my deposit.
