I am submitting this official complaint against 22Bet due to a systemic technical loop on their platform that prevents me from withdrawing my funds. The platform's automated security protocols demand that I withdraw using the exact method I used to deposit. However, the system simultaneously blocks or removes the availability of these specific methods, creating an unresolvable technical paradox.

Timeline of Events:

1. On July 5, 2026, I deposited €200 into my account using Neteller. Immediately following the deposit, the option to withdraw funds via Neteller completely vanished from my dashboard.

2. I contacted Neteller Support. On July 8, 2026, Neteller officially confirmed to me in writing that their service is fully operational and that the restriction exists solely on 22Bet’s side. I forwarded this official confirmation to 22Bet Support.

3. To bypass this, I was instructed to establish an alternative payment channel. I deposited additional funds using Skrill. When I attempted to request a withdrawal via Skrill, the platform rejected the request with the following error message: "Please make your withdrawal request using the same details used for a previous withdrawal."

4. On July 16, 2026, 22Bet VIP Manager (Zackary Turborg) admitted via email that "Skrill payment method is not available at this moment." Yet, on July 17, 2026, the casino shifted blame, falsely claiming that Skrill themselves rejected the transaction.

5. I have been placed in a cc'd email chain involving Neteller and 22Bet, where 22Bet's backend team explicitly admitted the issue is on their side but refused to provide further details or a resolution to Neteller's technical agents.

The core issue is that 22Bet is holding my funds hostage within an artificial loop. They mandate a deposit-matching withdrawal method while manually turning off those very gateways on their site. They refuse to grant a manual financial override or process my withdrawal via a standard alternative method (such as Direct Bank Transfer).

I request that AskGamblers mediate this case to force 22Bet to perform a manual payout of my entire balance.

Hello,

I managed to withdraw but using cryptocurrency (BTC) and not the e-wallets. Your service, 22Bet, is forcing me to withdraw via a method with which I am paying almost 8% of fees when the costs of using the e-wallets (Neteller or Skrill) were much lower.

Withdrawal rejected and returned by bank

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint against 22bet regarding a withdrawal requested on July 1st, 2026.

The casino processed the withdrawal via their payment processor INPAY S/A. However, due to compliance and security reasons on the receiving end, my bank (Revolut) rejected this incoming transaction and immediately routed the funds back to the sender (INPAY S/A) on the very same day (July 1st).

22bet insists that the transaction was successful on their side because they have an outgoing confirmation from INPAY. They refuse to acknowledge that the money was sent back. The funds are currently stuck in INPAY’s unallocated/suspense account.

Because I am not a direct client of INPAY S/A, I cannot initiate a payment trace - only 22bet, as the merchant, can do this. I have already provided 22bet's support with the official "Notice of Non-Execution / Bounce Receipt" PDF issued by Revolut, which strictly proves the funds were returned.

Unfortunately, 22bet is now completely ignoring my emails and customer support chats, leaving me without my funds for nearly 3 weeks.

I am uploading the official Revolut document as evidence. I kindly request 22bet to finally forward this proof to INPAY S/A, initiate a formal Payment Trace, and locate my returned funds so they can be re-credited to my account balance.

Verification being delayed more than I was told it could be

I recently signed up for 22bet and experienced a great deal of success after my initial deposits. I deposited $4000 CAD, the account balance is now $23000 CAD. After I requested my first withdrawal, it initiated the verification process. I was told during the verification process that each piece of information may take up to 72 hours to verify. They consistently took the full 72 hours to review each piece of information, until this most recent piece, which was sent on Wednesday July 8. I have asked if anything is missing, or what the delay is, and I just get the generic "each request will be processed in the order it is received"
I dont know what else to do at this point, they are telling me rules, and then breaking them a week later. Here is all the documented information I can post below

I have been trying to withdraw my funds from my 22Bet account, but every withdrawal attempt is rejected with the message "Declined by operator."

The main problem is that 22Bet only allows me to withdraw using the same payment channel that I used for my deposits. Unfortunately, that payment channel is currently not working, and the website does not allow me to choose any alternative withdrawal method.

I contacted 22Bet customer support several times, but my issue has still not been resolved. I asked whether my withdrawal channel could be changed or whether another verified payment method could be enabled, but I am still unable to access my funds.

I have made multiple withdrawal attempts, and each one has failed because of the same "Declined by operator" error. Since I cannot select another withdrawal method, I have no way to receive my money.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to help mediate this case and ask 22Bet to:

1. Explain the exact reason for the repeated "Declined by operator" error.

2. Process my withdrawal successfully through the existing payment channel if possible, or

3. Allow me to withdraw through another verified payment method if the original channel is unavailable.

I am willing to provide screenshots of the withdrawal error, my withdrawal history, and my conversations with 22Bet customer support if needed.

Refusal to pay Hit Crossbar or Post bet on France vs Morocco match

I am writing to file a formal complaint against 22bet.
Ticket number 84215685793
Bet details:

Match: France vs Morocco (FIFA World Cup 2026 Quarter-final, 09 July 2026)
Market: Hit the Woodwork (Crossbar or Goalpost hit)
The bet was lost / voided because 22bet claims there was no woodwork hit according to their statistics.

My issue:
According to 22bet’s own rules, bets are settled using official sources. For the FIFA World Cup 2026, the official betting data provider is Opta / Stats Perform (RunningBall). There was at least one (or more) hit on the crossbar or post during the match, which is visible in multiple match reports.
Lucas Digne hits the post on 45+2 and the whole world see the post.
22bet has not provided any official Opta data or FIFA match report to support their decision. They are relying on their internal statistics, which contradict what actually happened on the pitch.
My request:
I ask that 22bet re-check the bet using the official Opta / Stats Perform feed and pay the winnings if a woodwork hit occurred, as per their rules and industry standards.

Endless Verification Cycle

I have been a customer of the site for about a year. Now after I won some money I am been asked to provide endless cycles of documentation. A simple ID chech turned into endless amounts of requested documents with strange rules. I was asked now to provide a picture of me holding my ID and the device that I had used to make place the bets with my profile clearly visible. I asked another person to take the photos which where as high quality photos as you can get with an Iphone. My ID and my phone was clearly visible with all the necessary information. Now I am getting these very strange responses them for example: ” Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible.” or ” Hello! Dear customer, please provide us with colored photos of your valid national ID card (both sides, please) or the main page of your passport.
Photos must be in JPG format. Scanned copies and screenshots are not accepted for verification. Make sure that the size of each sent file is more than 1 MB.
The photos should not be cropped, all data and whole document should be visible and readable on the photo.” When I ask what is wrong with my pictures I don’t get an answer about a missing details but instead of these vague copy paste messages.

refuse to refund my deposit despite ending the investigation

I am resubmitting this complaint as 22Bet has now made their final decision and confirmed they will no longer respond to my emails.

I received an email from their Security Department stating that I am entitled to withdraw my deposited sum only. I accepted this decision and requested my refund.

I received a final email from Hugo at [email protected] stating that future emails regarding this issue will not receive further consideration. This confirms their investigation is closed and they have refused to process my refund.

I am not asking for my account to be reopened or for any winnings—only the return of my deposits (CHF 805), as they confirmed I am entitled to.

I am trying to withdraw my funds from 22bet but from last 5 days everytime I try to withdraw my funds after some hours my withdrawal request got cancelled and the reason show is technical error 01, request declined by operater. I contacted in app support, security staff and support email but everyone says wait for some hours your withdrawal will be received in few hours but still everytime my withdrawal request got cancelled. I ask from security dept if anything is required for verification or anything ask me then I will give it to you but they say that your account is up to date and no need for any verification but still my withdrawal got cancelled. If their is option in this complain of pics then I will attach my everything of screen shot with this complain, chat with support security and app support staff, my English is not good if I made any mistake then please forgive it. I think 22bet didn't want to release my funds so I will lose all my money on gambling.

Dispute Assistance Request 22 BET

I am experiencing serious delays with my account verification and withdrawal process at 22Bet.

I first submitted my verification documents on May 5, 2026, including my ID documents requested by their Security Team. After receiving no confirmation or update, I sent follow-up emails and resubmitted the documents again on May 11, 2026. I also contacted live chat support multiple times.

Despite this, I still have not received:

- confirmation that my documents were received,
- any explanation regarding the delay,
- or any timeframe for completing verification and processing my withdrawal.

Live chat support only provides generic responses such as “the Security Team is reviewing your documents” without any actual progress or information.

It has now been 13 days since my first submission, which I consider unreasonable for a standard ID verification process.

I believe the company is intentionally delaying the verification and withdrawal procedure without proper communication.

I can provide:

- screenshots of submitted emails,
- screenshots of live chat conversations,
- and proof that documents were sent multiple times.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help ensure that 22Bet completes my verification and processes my withdrawal promptly.

Hi,

Would like to lodge a complaint where my withdrawal status was unappearing on 8th May'26.

After a few reports to the cust support, one said on the 14th it will solve the second said on the 16th.

This issue is not so difficult, where the operator can refund it to the main system, and I can withdraw it. But I don't know why the operator is making it like a difficult situation, and it is so frustrating.

Endless Verification Delays and Asking For Same Documents Over and Over

Hi

I tried lodging a complaint against this bookmaker but it was rejected and told to wait until the bookmaker finishes the process. I indeed waited 72 hours and the bookmaker responded by asking for documents I already sent. When I told them I already sent the documents they are asking for they send the same answer as before " your documents are sent to the specialist, wait for the answer ". I'd like to emphasize this is what they said 3 days ago when the documents were sent and now they're saying it again! Clearly this is some kind of delay tactic!, and I've had enough of this. It is now 4 days and my account is still not verified and everyday I'm getting frustrated with this bookmaker! I have sent every single document at my disposal to these.
