Account verification blocked due to impossible bank statement requirements
Hello,
I am submitting this complaint because 22Bet has been blocking my withdrawal due to an impossible KYC requirement.
Since December 12, 2025, I have fully cooperated with all KYC requests from the casino. I provided identity documents, selfies, and all other verification steps requested, which were accepted by the casino.
The problem started when 22Bet requested a bank statement linked to my card, requiring:
the card number,
the cardholder name,
related transactions,
a handwritten signature,
and a physical bank stamp.
I provided official bank documents generated from my online banking system and later physical documents issued by my bank branch. These documents contain my name, card number (partially masked), and transaction history related to my 22Bet account.
When I personally visited my bank branch, the bank staff informed me that they do not issue bank statements with handwritten signatures or physical bank stamps, and that no alternative document containing those elements can be generated, as all statements are issued digitally.
Despite this, 22Bet:
first confirmed that PDF files and screenshots were acceptable,
then rejected the same documents,
later rejected professionally scanned PDFs,
and did not provide any realistic alternative document that my bank can issue.
I have sent everything that is technically and legally possible for my bank to provide. The casino continues to reject valid documents without offering a feasible solution, leaving my withdrawal permanently blocked.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue, as I have fully cooperated with the verification process, but the casino’s requirements cannot be met due to banking limitations beyond my control.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards
