Endless Verification Delays and Asking For Same Documents Over and Over

I tried lodging a complaint against this bookmaker but it was rejected and told to wait until the bookmaker finishes the process. I indeed waited 72 hours and the bookmaker responded by asking for documents I already sent. When I told them I already sent the documents they are asking for they send the same answer as before " your documents are sent to the specialist, wait for the answer ". I'd like to emphasize this is what they said 3 days ago when the documents were sent and now they're saying it again! Clearly this is some kind of delay tactic!, and I've had enough of this. It is now 4 days and my account is still not verified and everyday I'm getting frustrated with this bookmaker! I have sent every single document at my disposal to these. I would like askgamblers to intervene at this point because I'm being treated unfairly. My balance in my account is €520

Askgamblers. You can close this complaint, I'm not going to go back and forth with these cheating clowns, I withdrew the rest of my money so we can close this case, I'd like to thank askgamblers for giving me the opportunity for this complaint and anyone who sees this thread please be careful of 22bet and they're cheating ways! Play with them at your own risk!
