Hello AskGamblers team,
I am filing this complaint against 1xBet for refusing to verify my account and withholding my funds despite my full compliance with every verification request they have made. Account ID: 1440153259.
On January 21st, I attempted to withdraw my balance following a winning parlay bet settled in my favor after Bodø/Glimt defeated Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League. My withdrawal was blocked with the message: "ERROR — speak with customer service."
Since then, I have sent 1xBet 15 emails. They have not responded to a single one. My only means of communication is live chat, where agents routinely cut off sessions, paste boilerplate responses, request documents I have already provided, place me on extended holds, and instruct me to return in one hour, three hours, or 72 hours.
I have provided every document requested of me, including old and new passports, selfies for verification, screenshots of my sent emails as proof of prior submissions, and screenshots of my cryptocurrency wallet deposits.
The turning point came when 1xBet demanded personal information tied to my cryptocurrency wallet. I explained that I use a self-custody wallet, which by design does not have a registered name or email. I nevertheless provided documentation that satisfied their stated request. They then claimed that what I provided was not what they originally asked for. I have documented evidence proving that it was exactly what they asked for.
I have a substantial balance on my account. Because I was able to log in and continue using the platform, I initially believed this was a routine KYC process and continued to play. I now understand that 1xBet has no intention of completing verification. Their conduct, the unanswered emails, the shifting demands, and the outright contradiction of their own prior requests constitute bad faith. I am requesting AskGamblers' intervention to resolve this matter.
Dear all,
As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
Either 1xbet was gaslighting me or their departments don't communicate. After their last message telling me to check the old email that has never worked, I tried logging in out of desperation. To my surprise, an OTP code arrived at my new email. I was able to log in. The email on my account had already been changed.
So while the person representing 1xbet here was telling me to go back to square one, the change had already been made. Why they couldn't say that, I don't know.
I've withdrawn all my funds and will no longer be playing with 1xbet. This six month nightmare is over. And if I hadn't tried logging in on my own, I never would have known.
This process has cost me countless nights of sleep and has genuinely affected my mental health. I hope anyone reading this thinks twice before playing at 1xbet, where locking a verified account for months and dragging out simple requests appears to be standard practice.
The anger I've felt through this process has turned me off sportsbooks entirely. I won't be back.
Thank you to AskGamblers for the mediation. It's a shame 1xbet had to waste so much of my time and your's.
Thank you for your message.

I contacted AskGamblers after weeks of failed communication with 1xbet. After back and forth in this thread, I provided everything they asked for and 1xbet confirmed, right here, that my account was verified and in good standing.
Since then, I've been trying to resolve one remaining issue: I don't receive OTP emails from 1xbet, which means I can't log in. I provided every document requested. The documents are the same ones they already approved during verification. Their own employees said this should take 24 hours.
It has been almost a month. Every response from 1xbet is a request for more time. For something that should take less than a minute.
This goes against the spirit of this mediation service. I don't know why 1xbet is behaving this way. I have some ideas.
1xbet: when is the latest I can expect to access my account? I want a date. There must be a deadline.
