I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved deposit on 1xBet.

On 12/10/2026 at 20:37, I made a deposit of 17,500 BDT via LightSpeed Bkash. The amount was successfully debited from my bKash account, but the funds have not been credited to my betting balance.

I opened an official payment query (Query No: 23772989) on the same date. Despite submitting all verified transaction details, official bKash statements, and payment proofs, the status has been kept as "In progress" for 19 days without any valid explanation or resolution. Customer support repeatedly delays the issue and refuses to provide a clear timeframe.

I am filing a complaint against 1xBet Sportsbook.

My 1xBet account is registered with mobile number +91 9553218650. I have placed a withdrawal request of 7500.00 INR on 09/10/2026 at 23:27 via Bank Transfer new method. The transaction ID is No. 23657200.

Till now, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. The payment query is showing as Active and In progress since 11/10/2026, but there has been no update for 20 days.

Detailed Description of the Case:
I am submitting this complaint against the operator for unlawfully withholding my legitimate funds.
My current account balance is 18,225 DZD (Player ID: 1686218107), which was fairly won after successfully completing all the forced wagering and turnover requirements set by the platform (including betting on the PSG vs. Lyon match).
Despite having a verified account and a history of successful payouts via BaridiMob, the operator's system completely blocks withdrawal options and refuses to allow me to withdraw my money, offering contradictory payment rules and removing alternative deposit/withdrawal methods.
The customer support simply refuses to solve problems or help at all, and instead responds with very provoking phrases and automated replies, of course.
Specific Demand / What I Expect from the Operator:

Endless KYC verification and blocked USD 250 withdrawal

I am filing a complaint against 1xBet Georgia (1xbet-ge.com) regarding my blocked withdrawal of approximately $250 and an endless series of document requests.

My verification started on October 9, 2026. Since then, I have cooperated fully and provided everything requested:
October 10: Completed registration details, Russian internal passport with personal information and registration address. Resent original uncompressed photographs as requested.
October 10: Proof of three cryptocurrency deposits through Bybit and MetaMask, including account details, personal information and transaction screenshots.
October 11: Multiple photographs of myself holding my identity document with my betting account visible on the device.
October 14: Utility bills, payment history and bank receipts confirming my registered address.
October 17: International passport, after being asked for a driver's license that I do not possess.
October 21: Official Russian tax identification (INN) extract, digitally signed by the Federal Tax Service, provided in both PDF and JPG.
October 23: Another request, this time for my Russian social insurance certificate (SNILS).

Every time I provide the requested documents, 1xBet tells me my information is under verification. A few days later, they request something else.

On October 21, I explicitly asked 1xBet to provide a complete list of all remaining documents and the expected verification timeframe, specifically to prevent this endless cycle of individual document requests.

They completely ignored this request. Instead of providing the list or explaining what remained unverified, they sent another generic response saying my documents were under review. On October 23, they requested yet another document, my SNILS, without addressing any of my questions.

This is particularly concerning because I have made every effort to cooperate and even explained that I want to continue using their platform. Despite this, the company has made no apparent effort to clarify the process or provide a reasonable timeline.

I understand that identity verification is necessary and I have never refused to cooperate. However, after two weeks of providing extensive personal and financial documentation, I still have no explanation of what remains unverified, no completion date and no access to my money.

I am concerned that this process could continue indefinitely.

I am asking AskGamblers to intervene and help obtain a clear response from 1xBet, complete the verification within a reasonable timeframe and restore my ability to withdraw my funds.

I requested a withdrawal through AirTM, and almost at the same time, AirTM was removed from the website. My withdrawal has remained in "In Progress" status for 12 days, and I still have not received my funds.

7000 MAD bank deposit not credited for over one month

I made a bank transfer deposit of 7,000 MAD to 1xBet on 16/09/2026. The transfer was successfully executed and the amount was debited from my bank account, but it has never been credited to my 1xBet account or refunded.

I mistakenly transferred an amount above the maximum limit displayed for this deposit method. I contacted 1xBet immediately and have been following up with their support and payment processing team for more than one month.
