Dear AskGamblers Team,
This is the fourth time since January 2026 that I am forced to file a formal complaint against BlueChip Partners to receive my legitimate affiliate commissions. This program has established a consistent pattern of bad-faith behavior, only releasing my funds when AskGamblers formally intervenes.
I am raising an urgent dispute regarding the deliberate undercalculation of my May and June 2026 earnings, a complete breach of our agreed commission structure, and hostile, fraudulent conduct from their management team.
The critical details of the fraud are as follows:
Arbitrary Rate Reductions & Manipulated Figures:
Originally, my contractually agreed commission rate was 55%. The program previously slashed my rate down to 27.50%, citing "KPI issues." I accepted this 27.50% deal in good faith. However, BlueChip Partners is now violating even this reduced agreement by filtering my traffic and paying out a measly 12% to 13%.
Direct Violation of Official Terms and Base Rate Policy:
According to BlueChip Partners' own official terms regarding inactive traffic (explicitly documented in their policy guidelines), for partners whose RS commission rate is higher than 50%, any applied penalty or adjustment can only update the partner's RS rate to either: (a) a base rate of 25%, or (b) an additional reduction of up to 50% of the partner's current RS rate at the moment of adjustment.
Since my original rate was 55%, their maximum legal reduction of 50% resulted in my current official plan of 27.50% ("ursrkm RS 27.5%"). Their own terms state an absolute base floor of 25%. Paying out 12% to 13% is completely fraudulent, directly violates their own written policy, and constitutes a manual manipulation of data.
Rejection of the Backend "Approved Balance":
The system currently reflects a total "Approved Balance" of $415.14 USD. I formally reject this figure. This balance is entirely fraudulent as it has been calculated using the unauthorized 12–13% rate. I am demanding a complete audit and recalculation of both May 2026 (currently showing $407.60 USD) and June 2026 (currently showing $116.26 USD) based strictly on my full 27.50% NGR deal.
Fraudulent Management & Retaliatory Threats:
My assigned affiliate managers—Yevheniia, Nikita, and V-tech—are completely fraudulent. They provide absolutely zero guidance, offer no help, and continuously lie to cheat me out of my money. When confronted about their own clause violations, they either ignore my inquiries or explicitly threaten me on Telegram, stating: "Take the 12–13% or we will terminate your partnership."
Account Details:
Affiliate ID: 22955622
Registered Name: Ravindra Kumar Meena
Agreed Commission Plan: ursrkm RS 27.5%
Requested Resolution:
I request AskGamblers to strictly review this repeated misconduct. I demand that BlueChip Partners:
Recalculate my entire May and June 2026 earnings at the full 27.50% NGR rate and release my correct total payout immediately.
Cease making retaliatory threats of account termination.
Immediately replace these fraudulent managers (Yevheniia, Nikita, and V-tech) and assign me a professional, supportive affiliate manager who understands basic partner support and ethics.
I have all unedited Telegram chat logs and policy screenshots ready to submit as evidence of their extortion and breach of terms.
Thank you for your assistance in stopping these predatory practices.
Sincerely,
Ravindra Kumar Meena
Dear @ursrkm,
Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed payment/s.
Thanks for cooperating the AskGamblers Complaints Team.
Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,
I am writing to update the exact financial breakdown of my dispute with BlueChip Partners, as I have discovered further deliberate manipulation of my account payouts extending back to April 2026.
The program has hidden the "Net Profit" / "Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)" columns from my Scaleo dashboard to conceal their fraud. Based on the system's current unauthorized calculations (which sit at a mere 12-13% instead of my contractually agreed 27.50% NGR deal), they are severely underpaying me.
Since my actual rate (27.50%) is more than double what they are calculating, the actual disputed figures and requested recalculations are as follows:
April 2026:
Paid Amount: $298.86 USD (as shown in file 1000132989.jpg, calculated at ~12-13%)
Owed Amount (at full 27.50%): $597.72 USD
Current Disputed Deficit: $298.86 USD
May 2026:
Displayed Amount: $407.60 USD (calculated at ~12-13%)
Owed Amount (at full 27.50%): $815.20 USD
Current Disputed Deficit: $407.60 USD
June 2026:
Displayed Amount: $116.26 USD (calculated at ~12-13%)
Owed Amount (at full 27.50%): To be determined upon final transparent audit.
Total Disputed Base Amount for the Ticket Log:
Please update the total disputed amount to $1,529.18 USD (which represents the minimum corrected earnings for April, May, and June combined based on the 27.50% rate).
My Demand for Resolution:
Before any settlement, BlueChip Partners must be forced to provide a full transparent report of my traffic's Net Profit / NGR from April to June 2026. I demand that they unhide this data, audit the periods properly, and pay out the full 27.50% commission that belongs to me.
Thank you for your intervention.
Sincerely,
Ravindra Kumar Meena

"Dear AskGamblers Team and BlueChip Partners Management,
I am writing to clarify the exact math and the contractual breach being committed by BlueChip Partners regarding my commissions. I want to make it clear that the recent payout of 407.60 USDT is only a partial payment for May and does not resolve this dispute.
According to the brand's own terms and conditions (attached as proof):
For terms adjustment, the program reserves the right to update the partner's RS rate as follows: EITHER (A) a base rate of 25%, OR (B) an additional reduction of up to 50% of the partner's current RS rate at the moment of adjustment.
My original agreed revenue share was 55%. The brand already invoked their clause to apply a 50% reduction, bringing my rate down to 27.50%, which I accepted.
However, the brand is now illegally applying a DOUBLE DEDUCTION. They are slashing my adjusted 27.50% rate by another 50%, effectively paying me a miserable 12-13% (specifically 13.75%) of my net income. This contradicts their own rule, as they cannot apply both a massive drop and a secondary compounding reduction to push an affiliate below the standard minimum base rate.
My legally bound and fair demands are clear:
April Commission: I was only paid at a 12-13% rate. I demand the remaining balance to fulfill my correct 27.50% Revenue Share.
May Commission: The recent 407.60 USDT payment only reflects the incorrect 12-13% rate. I demand the remaining difference to complete my 27.50% Revenue Share for May.
June Commission: No payment has been processed for June yet. I demand the full June earnings calculated strictly at the 27.50% Revenue Share rate.
I request BlueChip Partners to honor their own guidelines, stop this arbitrary double-slashing of my commission, and release the remaining outstanding balances for April, May, and June immediately.
This case remains strictly UNRESOLVED.
Thank you
