I am filing this formal complaint against Bluechip Casino due to recurring delays in paying my affiliate commissions.
I have been a dedicated partner since August 2022, bringing over 12,000 players to the platform (Affiliate ID: 22955622). Unfortunately, this is the third time I have had to seek your intervention to get paid. Previously, my commissions for January and February 2026 (totaling $7,966.74) were only released after I filed a complaint here.
The current issue is regarding my March 2026 commission of $1,644.73. Despite the month being over, the payment has not been processed. When I contact my manager, Yevheniia, I am repeatedly given the same vague excuse that "our team is working on it" due to technical delays.
It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to have to file a public complaint every single month just to receive my earned revenue. I request that AskGamblers mediate this matter once again and help me recover my outstanding balance of $1,644.73.

Thank you for the response, Bluechip Affiliate Team. However, I have heard the same 'investigating with priority' excuse multiple times before.
This is the third time I have had to file a complaint here just to get my payments released. My March 2026 commission of $1,644.73 is already significantly overdue, and my affiliate manager has provided no concrete timeline for weeks.
As a long-term partner since 2022, I find it unacceptable to be ignored until a public complaint is filed. I will not accept another vague apology. I request a firm date for when the payment will be processed. I will keep this complaint open until the full amount of $1,644.73 is reflected in my account.
This complaint has been reopened as per BlueChip Partners request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

It has been 4 days since my last response, and Bluechip has completely failed to provide a fixed payment date or process my $1,644.73 commission.
This silence is a clear violation of professional conduct and shows a total lack of respect for their long-term partners.
I would like to remind the AskGamblers team that this is a recurring issue, and the company only responds when pressured.
I am requesting an immediate update. If the payment is not processed within the next 24 hours, I will have to look into further escalation options.
