BlueChip Partners - Affiliate Partner Commission Not Paying

Dear Askgamblers Team,

Bluechip is not paying my commission. Today is the 13th day of the month.

My last month's commission, 
which was in the month of April, was around $282 out of which half of it has been reduced to $136, which is half of 50%, i.e. 25%, which has been reduced.

Our affiliate manager hasn't even responded or provided an exact date for payment. The balance hasn't been approved yet, and no invoice has been generated.

I'm attaching some screenshots. Please see them as proof and open my complaint so I can get my commission.

I know that no one other than AskGamblers can help. So, please help me.
Sorry for saying that, but delaying payments has become a constant habit for Bluechip.
