I am submitting this complaint against Rake Partners regarding their refusal to pay my agreed affiliate commission of €2,450.
We agreed on a CPA deal of €350 per First-Time Depositor (FTD) for promoting Rakebit Casino through PPC competitor-keyword campaigns. Based on this agreement, I invested approximately €1,600 of my own money in PPC advertising to generate traffic and acquire players for the casino.
As a result of these campaigns, I generated 7 FTDs and approximately €6,000 in total player deposits. Based on our agreed CPA rate, the expected commission is €2,450, provided that the FTDs meet the applicable terms of our agreement.
However, when I followed up regarding payment, James, the affiliate manager, informed me that Rake Partners would not pay the commission because the NGR was too low.
I find this explanation concerning because our agreed commercial arrangement was CPA-based, rather than a Revenue Share deal. I invested my own money in advertising based on the agreed CPA terms and successfully delivered depositing players.
The issue is not simply that the NGR is low. The issue is that Rake Partners is refusing to pay the expected CPA commission based on an explanation relating to NGR, without providing me with a clear contractual justification for withholding payment.
The financial impact is significant. I spent approximately €1,600 on PPC advertising out of my own pocket, while the €2,450 commission expected from the campaign remains unpaid. This leaves me carrying the advertising costs despite having generated seven depositing players.
I understand that affiliate agreements can include conditions relating to player qualification, traffic quality, and fraud prevention. I am therefore requesting a transparent explanation of whether any of my FTDs have been rejected, the specific reasons for any rejection, and the contractual clause that allows Rake Partners to withhold CPA payment due to low NGR.
What I Am Requesting
I would like Rake Partners to:
Provide a detailed validation report for all 7 FTDs.
Explain how the reported NGR was calculated and why it is being used to refuse the CPA payment.
Identify the exact contractual provision supporting the decision not to pay.
Review the case and resolve the outstanding €2,450 commission if the FTDs satisfy the agreed CPA requirements.

We want to be clear and transparent about this case.
1. Payment history. We paid your commission in full for August, even though traffic quality was already below expectations, based on your assurance that quality would improve. We pay every partner whose traffic is valid under our Terms.
2. Why this payment is on hold. Our risk team flagged the 7 accounts for irregular activity during standard FTD validation. Low NGR was one of the indicators, not the reason on its own. To protect our fraud-prevention process, we will not list the specific signals publicly, but we will share them in full with the AskGamblers team.
Under Section 5(a) of the Rake Partners Terms and Conditions, we may suspend commission payments for the period required to investigate a suspected breach. Under Section 2.5, players connected to the affiliate (directly or through third parties), or involved in any form of affiliate fraud, do not count as valid New Customers, and no commission is payable for them.
3. What we need from you. Under Section 2.16, we request the full PPC campaign reports you mentioned: ad platform account exports showing keywords, impressions, clicks, spend and landing URLs for the campaigns that drove these 7 FTDs. You state you have this evidence, so it will help us complete the review.
4. Validation report. Once our review is complete, we will share the full player-level validation report for all 7 FTDs with the AskGamblers team privately, as it contains player data we cannot publish, and we will post our final position here.
