Rake Partners - They didn't pay my commissions

They didn't pay the commissions!

I did some traffic for them in February, I got 4 QFTD, which resulted in 103EUR in commission

They told me they would pay me by March 10th, but no payment was made; they just canceled my accounts and didn't say anything. The manager doesn't answer me anymore, and I haven't heard back from them.
