Rake Partners - Refusing to show stats and closing accounts

This affiliate it not trustworthy. I explained them about my traffic and we agreed on a revenue share deal. They told me my traffic was amazing after a few days, but hided the stats from me. They only offered to send me screenshots of the full stats once in a while. This is not a transparent partnership. I complained about it and they still told me it was not possible. I have worked with Affilka for many years and knew he was lying.


When one player won they closed mine and all players account. Just a couple days after saying my traffic is amazing. Just look at the chats. This casino will do whatever to save money and avoid paying affiliates and players.


If more proof is needed, please specify what. I will send everything I have.

Hello, they have hided my sports stats. So it is not possible to say exactly. I will do some research, but I have been told that it has been some huge losses this month. So I guess it is around 2-4k dollar in missing payments.

They will probably deny this. But as you can see in the pictures, they refused to let me see all stats. They have also closed players accounts, so it is now impossible for players to send me proof.

And my affiliate account is blocked…

We would like to clarify that the affected accounts were suspended due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, specifically the creation of multiple accounts (multi-accounting), which is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Since these users were referred through your partnership, your account was also subject to suspension in accordance with our rules. This action was taken based on Section 17 of our Terms of Use, which includes our strict anti-fraud policies:

Participation in collusion with other users.

Development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair advantages.

Fraudulent actions against Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd. or its payment providers.

Chargeback transactions.

Use of third-party software or analysis systems.

Creation of two or more accounts.

Use of unfair external factors or other forms of cheating.

Other violations as outlined in our Terms of Use.

In accordance with Section 17.2, Rakebit.com reserves the right to cancel accounts and suspend payouts at its sole discretion in case of such violations. This ensures the integrity and fairness of our platform. Rakebit.com also reserves the right to notify the appropriate regulatory bodies regarding fraudulent activities.

It has to be nice to just come with fraud accusations to avoid paying customers. With your terms you can just close accounts whenever you want. Very good business model for you!

Do you have any kind of evidence for these accusations? I understand that it’s nice for you to close winning accounts to save money.

But for me this is ridiculous. As you can see in the pictures you asked for more traffic, and then when a player was lucky and won you closed all accounts. The traffic was okay when they lost and you are not able to deal with some variance?


If you have any evidence on your claims about fraud, I am open to hear about what the players have done. This is my first complaint as an affiliate. I have never had any situations like this before. I think that says enough about your claims.


If you ask for kyc players will have no problem doing it. Even Stake and others have KYC. And if they are not able to pass KYC, I have no problems about you closing their accounts. But it is just unserious to close several accounts without any reasons other than winning.

And why did you refuse to show stats? No legit affiliate will not let partners see the stats. It is not transparent and it is a major red flag. I have never heard about an affiliate offering to send screenshots with stats. I hope that AskGamblers will not let this pass.

Will be interesting to hear. Very weird that no other casino have made any problems like this. You saved some commission and ripped of some players. I hope it was worth it for this complaint case. Hopefully others see it and can be smart enough to stay away.

But I understand that it is nice for you to confiscate money from lucky players. It gives great profit when you only accept people that lose….

We had a deal. I had explained about my traffic. You accepted it and even asked for more players when they lost.

Suddenly when one player won you closed player accounts and refused to pay me and customers.

So it is clearly that you see all winning traffic as fraud and losing customers as good traffic. Every casino should know about variance. All players will be lucky and win sometimes, even how good or bad players they are. If you did not close all accounts they would probably have lost the winnings after some time. But you decided to just confiscate the money and claim fraud.
