AffPalace - Stalling on payment of commissions

Hey Askgamblers, i have now waited 4 months to get my missing comissions.. Ive talked with 4 different guys in skype, and every of them telling "we will pay today tomorrow or latest at the end of week" that happened first time 4 months ago, still havnt got my money.

So at start, we did bring them player on May 2020, after that our affiliate manager "disappeared" didnt hear anything in a month. Then one of the new affiliate managers contacted us on June 12. They told they will calculate comission 15th of june and add money to wallet, well they promised to do that 15th of june, they did not.. well 17th of JULY they added money to my affiliate account, i did request full amount 7590€ and it was declined, ill attach files for that. Then they told it was too big that it cant be approved, well i did seperate many withdraws, 1975€ x3 and 1665€ i got 7.8 one of those approved.. after that i havnt heard anything positive, only promises about "this week" now its 15th of september and still that missing amount is pending. i dont know what to do, but i want people know how things work with them.

This complaint has been reopened as per AffPalace request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your time!
Vihieareena - Can you confirm or deny that some payments from the affiliate program were made to your player account? Can you confirm or deny the fact that we stopped our cooperation from 23th July?
We are always open to discussion, and always in touch, but if you decide to publish our disagreement or business points, now we will keep communication here, and in the situation let the 3rd party make the decision (at the moment it is an askgamblers team).
And of course we send an e-mail to askgamblers with our opinion and evidence's, please check it out.

Hello, that answer was honestly fast, ive tried to talk first with Mike, who disappeared. Then came Gala who promised me payment total of 8 times before he really asked me to stop promoting flipperflip 23.7. After that came "DGV" named guy in skype and started to talk about payment. He made couple empty promises "we will pay today tomorrow or latest end of week" Nothing happened, ive not been allthe time so nice to them, im frustrated cause of lacking payment, ill attach our history little bit where you can see that ive tried to reach them multiple times and havnt got answer in many days. Well 27.7 i did ask can you pay it to player account, "DGV" Answered, why you didnt recommend that earlier.. i was thinking no i finally get my money. They added 2k to my player account and i got it. it was like 2 months ago, and what makes me frustrated on this is that they are promising allthe time, but nothing really happens.. i hope this situation is soon over and i get my payment.

Dear Vihjeareena, thanks for reply! But you didn't answer to our questions. Also, you are misleading about how much you were paid and about complaints sum.
At the moment, we have provided full information on your case to askgamblers team, and we will wait for their decision.

Dear AffPalace, thanks for your reply! Which point you didnt understand on that what i did wrote? i told there exactly that you paid 2k to my player account and i wrote exactly that partnership was stopped (23.7) after 8 time promises by "Gala" Exact amount what is still missing is 5815€ (Adding screenshot) , what is your point here? Asking me to tell more details, what about you start to talk about payment and reason why we are still writing here?

You in the first message said that you were paid a payment from the affiliate program (7590-1950=5640), now you say that you were paid from your accoun­t(7­590­-20­00=­5590). There is different numbers all the time. You do the complaint for 7590 and specify the amount 5815 (where is it from?). For our part, we have provided screenshots of payments, the quality of your traffic, extracts from conversations with you, at the moment we consider that the word for askgamblers

Yes, that subject for threat is wrong, i apology that! Im really sorry. But is the real problem here wrong amount? I think the real problem is that you are not paying after severals and severals attempts for asking it. I asked Askgamblers help to solve this problem, atm the missing amount is exactly 5815€ sended screenshot for Askgamblers allready. First time i hear something about traffic we sended, is that only bad try to leave without paying? We stopped trafic when you asked it, after that we are not asking anything else.

About your traffic - that is not bad try
And again, we want to pay attention to what you indicate the wrong amount, and also twice notified about the termination of cooperation due to bad traffic and for a reason of affiliate abuse, and then paid for the traffic that was received before the date of notification of the termination of cooperation.
Proof of payment was provided previously.

Please provide us details about "and also twice notified about the termination of cooperation due to bad traffic and for a reason of affiliate abuse" I have never got any info about bad traffic, i got once asked to stop traffic, and it was 23.7, before that one of your contacts "Gala" told me 24.6 "If you want to be more insure, you could stop promoting our casino until payment will be done" ill attach screenshot for it aswell. and also 24.6 he told Hi **** Please, do not panic. We are not going to leave you without money. We will pay for sure. You earned and will earning from us a lot during several months as we are new. Thats not notify to stop promoting, its promise to earn more. attach that aswell. Can you go back to this thread, when im getting my money? Are you trying to convince askgambler that money doesnt belong to me ? or why you are talking everything else here?

I dont know what proofs you can send atm, point here is that you havnt paid what you should. i asked multiple times, are you trying to leave without paying, and now you truly do. Dear Askgamblers, i truly wanna solve this problem, do you have any solution for this ? or are we gonna continue this long still?

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved.
