AffPalace - Payments problems

I started working with them in April 2020. The deal was € 100/30%. The first manager was named Mike, he stopped responding to messages after about three weeks. After that came Gala and he responded somewhat to the messages. Now while it would be time for payments the whole person has disappeared completely. I made them report to another place and someone Iriska contacted from there? They promise payments all the time and every week but no money has come. Here are some more scenes from our conversations:

As u can see they promised to pay but any money never arrived!

AskGamblers Complaints Team considers the behavior shown by the player incompatible with the minimum standards of decency and normal attitude and behavior, which is considered to be in direct breach of the Terms & Conditions associated with AskGamblers Complaint Service.

AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards player trying to abuse our complaints service and not using it in a good faith, therefore we took the decision to reject this case either and moreover, to ban player from using our services in the future.
