Hello, I haven't received my commission from AffPalace in the past three months. The amount involved is: € 9,794.83. I contact my affiliate manager weekly via Skype, but she rarely answers. I hope you can help me get my money. If you need Screenshots or something else i can show you all. I get this answer why it takes so long:
- It means that casino is operated by not our own license and we are not controlling the money, profit and etc. we are only doing marketing and depends on the company who has the license. Now this company is out of cash and they owe us a lot of money for all this period.
- Thats why we are always late with the payments because it depend on them
- But i will check everything today and let you know what situation we have now and how i could close you asap
And everytime my Affiliate manager writes me:
Congratulation to you. I will be today evening in the office and i will check your commission, i hope I will close as soon as possible. Maximum next week Monday or Tuesday. Still do not know via affwallet or PayPal. This situation happened because Flipper is WhiteLabel and our partners owe us the profit from Flipperflip
But like i write in the the text before in the last time nobody answer me. It can not be that it takes so long.
