Join Affiliates - Refusal to Pay Affiliate Commission

Dear AskGamblers Team,

We would like to file an official complaint against the JoinAff affiliate program.

Our website, Tinna Slots, has been a long-time affiliate partner under the username Tina-Matyi. Despite this, we have never received any commission payments during our time as partners.
Currently, our affiliate account shows a confirmed commission balance of €63, which rightfully belongs to us.

On May 19th, 2025, we sent a message via the internal messaging system of the JoinAff affiliate platform to inform them that our website was ceasing operations and to request a final payout of our earned commissions. Unfortunately, we have not received any response.
We have screenshots to prove that the message was sent through the affiliate platform, and we are ready to attach them as evidence.

To this day, no payment and no communication has occurred. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to pay is unacceptable and violates the basic principles of affiliate cooperation.

Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we have not received any response regarding the payout of the commission accumulated in our affiliate account. We have also submitted a complaint via the AskGamblers platform, which appears to have been ignored as well.

We kindly request once again that the outstanding balance be paid, and that you provide clear information regarding the status and expected date of the payout.

We would like to clarify that the affiliate account under the username Tina-Matyi currently shows a confirmed commission balance of €63. While we acknowledge this amount is accurately reflected in your account, we must emphasize that, as per our publicly available Terms and Conditions (specifically, Clause 7.3, available at https:­//j­oin­aff.co­m/t­erm­s-c­ond­iti­ons/), the minimum payout threshold is €500.

All affiliates, including the account in question, accept these conditions upon registration and when entering into a partnership with JoinAff. This clause exists to streamline payment processing and ensure administrative efficiency.

That said, we are willing to make a one-time exception and process the final payout of €63, after which the affiliate partnership will be considered closed.

We appreciate your cooperation and will provide confirmation once the payment is processed.
