Join Affiliates - Comission Payment not done

I started working with a casino (Smokace), one of the brand from JoinAff, on our Streaming since 19 April 2024, and they have not paid the agreed commission.


"Hello, we qualified your traffic as unquality and fraud and I'm now waiting for response from my boss regarding what we will be doing next"

I ask why they said Fraud i got this answer "two deposited through impaya_mbw and used the bonus, the rest - crypto via min deposit. After that, there was no activity on the accounts, only one user came in and collected no deposits.
Based on this, I can conclude that most accounts, especially those that deposited from crypto, are one-day ones"
Now they say they will just pay for 1 player.
They own me 749€

We have never agreed to such terms. We have a hybrid deal (CPA + RS) and did not agree to any test period, either timewise or FTD-wise or volume of redeposits.

This is unacceptable. We expect JoinAff and Smokace to honor their commitments and pay the due commission.
