We've been promoting Smokace, a brand from JoinAff, on our site since February 2024, and they have not paid the agreed commission.
On 29th April, they wrote:
"We studied the statistics of FTDs and redeps, and over the entire period of cooperation we received only 9 players and a low percentage of redeps. Therefore, unfortunately, the team did not confirm the extension of the 50FS bonus to me. We can offer you a 10FS bonus under our standard conditions."
At that time, they had already analyzed the statistics, and we adjusted the terms from 50 free spins to 10.
Now, months later, despite more registrations and depositing players, they are saying that they won't pay any commission at all.
This is what they wrote on 12th April:
"Sorry for the late reply, we finally received the figures. But I don't have good news. Our team has studied your statistics. There are only FTDs, but zero redeps. Your players do not respond to our mailings, these are one-day accounts. Unfortunately, we cannot pay commissions for such traffic."
We have never agreed to such terms. We have a hybrid deal (CPA + RS) and did not agree to any test period, either timewise or FTD-wise.
This is unacceptable. We expect JoinAff and Smokace to honor their commitments and pay the due commission.
