I am submitting this complaint against Boss Partners/Altair affiliate regarding unpaid affiliate commissions of approximately €10,000.
The commissions were generated, the amount was confirmed, and the invoice was apparently approved. After that, instead of receiving the payment, we were left without any proper resolution.
Despite several follow-ups and repeated requests for a payment update, the issue has still not been settled. At a certain point, their representatives simply stopped replying to our chats without providing any explanation, payment date, or final position.
The handling of this case has been extremely disappointing: vague replies, being moved from one contact to another, and then complete silence after confirmation of the outstanding amount.
We have full evidence of the communication, invoice approval, payment requests, and follow-ups, and we can provide it if required.
At this stage, we consider this a very poor and unfair way to treat an affiliate partner. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise other affiliates to be extremely cautious before working with companies that confirm commissions and invoices but then fail to pay and stop responding without explanation.
