Boss Partners - Commission for June not paid

Boss Partners have stopped paying on time. Initially, payments were delayed by 1-2 weeks, but now it's already been 5 weeks. The account manager is constantly unavailable, with her status always set to "Do not disturb" or "OOO". What upset me the most was her message stating that they prioritize payments to affiliates who actively promote their brands, while the rest get paid as and when possible.

Currently, the commission for June in the amount of €806.23 has not been paid (Sushi casino).

We are sorry that your experience collaborating with us was not ideal. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a delay on your payments and we apologize for that. Please rest assured that we performed all the necessary checks on your account and can confirm that these invoices are currently payed. We'll check with you to make sure the payment was received.

Also, in order to improve the communication between us, we'll get you in touch with multiple members of our team, so that you can reach us out more easily when some of our colleagues are traveling or out of office.

@askgamblers in the meantime can we please have private data (identities) removed from the complaint?
