Boss Partners - Refuses to pay commissions

I’m filing this complaint because Boss Partners has failed to pay commissions they owe me, and it’s been over six weeks now with no resolution.

We had a straightforward cpa agreement for traffic delivered in March, but that payment (around €7,000) is still missing. On top of that, the commission for April (€744) is now also two weeks overdue.

I’ve followed up several times. The affiliate manager, Justin B., even admitted there was no bad intent on their side, saying: “Do you think I want to scam someone for 10/15k?” and “I’ll take the loss.” But despite those words, nothing has been resolved, and the payment hasn’t come through.

Now they’re throwing around vague claims like "fraud", with no proof and after everything was already delivered. If there was a real issue, it should’ve been raised at the time, not over a month later. It feels like they’re just making excuses to avoid paying.

I have full screenshots of our chats, traffic analytics, and the original agreement to back everything up.

This is a heads-up to other affiliates: Boss Partners isn’t honoring their deals and is avoiding payment for legit traffic. I hope AskGamblers can help sort this out, but at the very least, others should be warned.
