SpinBetter Partners - Complaint regarding unpaid CPA commission

Dear Spinbetter Partners Team,
I am writing to formally address a serious issue with our partnership.
I started my partnership with Spinbetter on December 4, 2025. We agreed on a CPA + RevShare cooperation. Everything went smoothly at the beginning, and your team was professional and responsive.

On December 20, 2025, I received a message asking me to stop sending traffic because you needed to review it. I had no issue with this, as traffic verification is standard practice with most affiliate programs.
In the same message, you mentioned that you had information about multiple accounts being registered under my affiliate link. This was surprising to me for two reasons:

I have no control over who registers on the site.
Spinbetter has mandatory KYC verification at the payout stage, which makes multi-accounting nearly impossible. This is why the accusation felt unusual.

On December 23, 2025, I received another message saying I could continue streaming and sending traffic. I understood this to mean that your traffic review was completed and no issues were found.
However, on January 2, 2026, I received a message accusing me of sending typical fraudulent traffic. The reasons given were:

My players are playing the same games.
All my players deposit and withdraw using crypto.
I allegedly have a history of fraudulent traffic with other brands.

I strongly disagree with these accusations:

Same games: I have never received any evidence or proof that my players are only playing the same specific games. This is just a general statement without supporting data.
Crypto deposi­ts/­wit­hdr­awals: In 2026, the vast majority of online casino players use cryptocurrency. This is completely normal behavior and cannot be considered suspicious.
Fraudulent traffic / previous history: Judging me based on other brands or assuming I have a fraudulent history is completely unfair and unfounded. I have been working honestly with your brand.

I have tried multiple times to discuss this matter and find a reasonable solution, but your team has been unwilling to engage or provide any concrete evidence.
It appears that this is a deliberate pattern: you accept the partnership, encourage traffic, perform a review (which finds nothing), tell the affiliate to continue, and then at the end of the month you make unsubstantiated fraud accusations to avoid paying commissions. This way, you receive free traffic with no consequences.

As of today, Spinbetter Partners owes me $2,700.
I kindly request that you provide clear evidence for your accusations or immediately release the owed commissions. I expect a proper resolution to this matter.

After our cooperation began, the quality of the traffic you referred was reviewed as part of our standard internal verification procedures. At the initial stage, we deliberately decided to continue our cooperation in order to collect additional data and observe the long-term behavior of the referred players before making any final decision.

Once sufficient information had been gathered, a second comprehensive review was carried out. Following this review, the responsible team concluded that the cooperation could not be continued. This decision was based on a combination of factors identified during our internal analysis, rather than on any single indicator.

Please note that our internal fraud prevention methods, traffic assessment criteria, and verification procedures are confidential and cannot be disclosed publicly or shared with third parties.

We understand that you disagree with our decision. However, after completing the additional review, we have found no grounds to reconsider the outcome.

To be honest, it was obvious to me from the beginning that this was going to be the answer I would get.

What we saw in this case was simply that you didn’t want to pay for the traffic — because why would you if there are no consequences? That is perfectly clear.

You pretended to check the traffic, and you even told me to continue streaming. But once enough people had paid and registered, you suddenly decided to come up with some excuse just so you wouldn’t have to pay.

At this point, there isn’t much I can do anyway. I just hope that by sharing this, I’ve helped my fellow streamers and other influencers pay attention and make sure they don’t end up working with you.
