I need your help ASAP. I became their master partner in Turkey on 29th of October. I started to promote this website in Turkey on 19th of November. We decided on payment day as the 1st of every month. Suddenly they changed their mind and didn't let me know that they changed the payment day to the first Monday of every month.(attached) They paid me on the first Monday of December.(996.74 dollars) (attached) I have 859 customers currently. 48.450 dollars deposited, 38.128 dollars withdrawn.
But it ended this month. My affiliate commission was 3.010.43 dollars (attached). They didn't pay me and told me that " They held my traffic (which is incorrect, still my players can deposit and withdraw or new players can be a member) because they had a suspicion and sent it to the analytic team to check. I'm working with this company on a Revenue Share program not CPA. They can only claim fraud traffic if my commission depends on CPAs - They acknowledged the revenues from my customers they have to pay commissions. Otherwise they need to cancel all bets, winnings or losings and pay back my customer's deposits.
I know all my rights and rules. Apparently, this company is trying to scam me. I updated and informed them on all processes.
On the other hand, our agreement was %25 for sports betting and %40 for casino on Revenue Share. Basically, they changed the numbers. Because this company got NGR 19.261 dollars from my customers so far. But my total commission is 3.963.61 dollars which is not %25 as well as the casino commission was %40. They calculated wrong on purpose because I asked them and didn't change it. Besides they are closing my customers account, I ask them but they do not give any reason. I read their terms and conditions. I followed all their rules. I got all the terms and conditions screenshots.
So now they don't pay my affiliate commission for December and they calculated my commission rate wrong.

First of all I was writing them on Skype and Email for 2 days but until I shared a post here today, they didn't respond to me. I do not accept their claims. They didn't other than publishing T&C they do not refer to any facts. Those allegations they are intimidating with are groundless. This casino is attempting to extend the payment date. I became aware of this issue last month. As of December 19th, 2022, this casino has already begun recalculating. I repeatedly asked, but they never responded with any information.

First, we would like to apologize to the affiliate for waiting so long for a comprehensive response and for clarifying the situation a little more.
The affiliate complains that SpinBet Partners is a scam and does not pay out money to its affiliates. The fact that we could not come to a compromise without including a third party is undeniably our fault.
We share our affiliate indignation over this and would like to give all the information.
First of all. After a detailed and time-consuming verification of players who have made deposits, we have seen the final figures. To the order of 50% (this figure decreased by 25% after all the audits) of the players were somehow or other applied restrictions for playing in SpinBetter.
The second one. Once again, let us apologize to all partners who have experienced payment delays. As we have been moving from one affiliate program software to another, we have faced many problems and challenges during the move and afterward. One of them was that we found issues with the affiliate program operation before the New Year. Data on the quantity and sum of sports bets were not sent from the platform running SpinBetter to the affiliate program. We only received information about the sum of winnings from these bets. Accordingly, the commission from GGR for sports betting was miscalculated since it did not consider the sum of bets, which caused the incorrect calculation of the revenue according to the RevShare formula due to negative commissions for some partners, who had most players betting on sports rather than playing casino.
Hereafter we give the figures from the affiliate program. If the affiliate does not want the data to be visible to everyone, we want to ask AskGamblers to remove the figures from the public area.
Calculation of affiliate earnings from the 1st of November to the 31st of December (data taken from the affiliate program):

Withdrawals: $37,089.18
Difference between deposits and withdrawals: $9,973.99
GGR: $3,765.52
Total commission: -$15,557.28 (this amount affected the calculation of earnings)

The RevShare formula at SpinBet Partners is as follows:

Total Commissions = $8,166.61
$3,765.52 - $8,166.61 = $-4,401.09
In this case, we can see that the negative amount of commissions formed the partner's income for the period, as the affiliate program did not receive the data on the bets made. Therefore, the sum of commissions for the period became negative.
Since the 30th of January, we have managed to fix this problem with the platform, and the complete data on sports betting began to be sent in real-time to the affiliate program.
Yesterday, on the 8th of February, we received the full sports betting history from the platform since the sports betting on SpinBetter was launched. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, it is impossible to upload historical data retroactively, so it was uploaded in one day. The partner may have noticed that his balance became negative due to the data update.
We'd like to remind you of the fact mentioned in previous replies, which affects GGR. A large number of players had made deposits and held money on balance up to a specific time and did not bet immediately after the deposit, in which regard earnings data is better to look from the time when we started working with the partner to the current date, rather than take a specific calendar period.
Taking into consideration uploaded full sports betting data (the 8th of February), the calculation for the period from the 1st of November to the 8th of February is as follows:

Withdrawals: $42,259.02
Difference between deposits and withdrawals: $7,959.29
GGR: $4,500.77
Total fees: $10,495.18 (deposits + withdrawals + royalty to game providers)
NGR: -$5,994.40

Although there was an error in the calculations in the first month, the affiliate has already been paid $996.74 for the period from the 1st of November to the 30th of November. After getting the complete data, we can see that there was also no income for this period.
We want to confirm that the current calculation and balance in the affiliate's BO are correct, and payments for the period from the 1st of December to the 31st of January will be annulled according to the fact that, unfortunately, neither affiliate nor SpinBet Partners have, earned anything since receiving the first FD from affiliates players till today.

Sorry for the delayed response. You are aware that there was an earthquake in my hometown, and like everyone else, I was attempting to aid my friends. Sadly, this casino is still attempting to con me while the entire world is aiding the Turkish people. Nevertheless, they won't be able to do that. I'm confident in the competence of AskGamblers, and I trust your professional judgment of the case.
As we have been moving from one affiliate program software to another, we have faced many problems and challenges during the move and afterward. There is no evidence other than the casino's statement that the platform has been changed or replaced. Since I started in November, there have been no changes to the panel; everything has remained the same. The operator didn't communicate about any potential problems with the platform while traffic was sent. The issues arose conveniently when the RV was due.
They mentioned some numbers and percentages that cannot be verified as well. After all the manual adjustments the casino made recently, it is not possible to reliably recompute anything. The casino turned the backend into a mess. On the other hand, the rules are not changed while playing the game.
As documented now in this case history the casino gave various excuses which were diffirent in every sent message by them so far, ( We shouldn't forget that the Casino was drugging the response until the very deadline)

I'm part of this case. As you can see, the casino couldn't provide evidence in time. But the case didn't close. And now counting my time down. The casino was able to reply 2 hours after the deadline. If the casino can reply whenever they want, why there is a countdown? The casino waits for the deadline on purpose every time. They have been doing this on every response since the case opened but you didn't say anything about it yet. Why is this casino privileged? That's enough. I want my money. My players lost and the casino made a lot of money but I couldn't get my money.
It's been almost 2 months. If they have all information why they couldn't provide it in time? Do they want more time to create fake pieces of evidence in photoshop? The Casino is always drugging the response until the same deadline. There was another earthquake recently. I have friends and relatives who were damaged in Turkey and I still have to struggle with this. While the whole world is sending aid to Turkey, this casino is trying to defraud a Turk. Please don't give another opportunity to the casino unless they pay my entire commission of $3,221.57. We need AskGambler's final decision. We cannot trust anymore the evidence the casino can provide,

1-) I want to inform you that I have new pieces of evidence to show. The casino was giving the wrong information. So these must change everything. Please check properly the screenshots.
The casino had mentioned on 10/02/2023"The second one.

As we have been moving from one affiliate program software to another, we have faced many problems and challenges during the move and afterward. One of them was that we found issues with the affiliate program operation before the New Year. Data on the quantity and sum of sports bets were not sent from the platform running SpinBetter to the affiliate program"
I asked Affiliate Control ( Casino's affiliate software provider) They told me that they have been working with the casino since 2019. As well as, I have many panel interface screenshots from before the new year (since November) nothing changed since that time.
2-) The casino claims it fixed the problem on the panel and got the correct numbers. But if you check the screenshot you can see, this is not correct. As you know, I was managing the casino's Turkish social media channels in Turkey and the Turkish players were talking with my team when they have problems.

This player's account has closed and cancelled all the bets (winning-losing) and returned his deposit by the Casino. For screenshots check the below screenshots.
Until here everything looks okay but when you check the customer's ngr / ggr / affiliate commission and affiliate income you can realize the problem.
As you can see, the Customer's bets have been cancelled and the deposit has been returned but nothing changed on the panel. The casino showed my commission of -432.06 dollars from this customer. Which cannot be like that. Since you are affiliated you must know if the customer's deposit is returned, the numbers on the panel have to change according to that. This is just one customer, we don't know others.
I'm expecting this evidence to change everything. The casino paid me 1k dollars but remain 2.221.58 dollars.
I found this casino on AskGamblers and that's why I trusted them. I'm not sure it's true but this casino had told me while working together that they are paying AskGamblers to be listed (AG Sports first page) So Nobody wants to think that AskGamblers staying next to the Casino because the casino pays to be listed on your website. I'm giving you enough evidence to change your decision. Please stop this scam and help me with it.

We previously talked about the fact that we were moving from one affiliate program to another and faced a number of problems. But we discovered this problem before the New Year.
