Issue: Long-standing payment delays for January and February 2026.
I have been a top-tier affiliate since August 2022 (12,000+ players). Despite my revenue share being reduced to 27.50% due to KPI rules, Bluechip Casino has failed to pay my commissions for:
January 2026: $6,426.50
February 2026: $1,540.24
The company's policy mandates payment on the 1st of every month, yet I have received only vague excuses about "technical delays" for over two months. This is my second time filing a complaint here for the same issue, as my previous 6-month delay was only settled after AskGamblers' intervention. I request immediate mediation to recover my total pending balance of $7,966.74.

As of today, I have received no concrete timeline for the payment, and the constant 'technical delay' excuse is no longer acceptable for a partnership dating back to 2022.
Please be informed that I have already escalated this case on AskGamblers (Affiliate ID: 22955622) and updated the thread regarding the lack of response and clear timelines. If the payment is not settled within the next 48 hours, I will have no choice but to take this dispute to other major affiliate forums and LinkedIn to protect my earnings.
I value our long-term partnership, but I need a fixed date and time for the release of my funds today.
