WestCasino - Macht Probleme mit virtueller Kreditkarte

Hallo,

Ich habe bei Westcasino einen Bonus (200 Freesbins für 20 Euro ohne Umsatzbedingungen) genutzt und mit virtueller Klarna Card eingezahlt. Ich habe gewonnen und eine Auszahlung beantragt. Es kam die übliche Mail das ich mich mit Adressnachweis, Ausweis und Screenshot der Karte verifizieren muß.

Ich habe darauf hin sämtliche Dokumente per Mail zugesendet. Es kam zurück das sie noch ein Foto vom Ausweis und einen Screenshot von beiden Seiten der Kreditkarte benötigen.

Also sendete ich ein Foto vom Ausweis und schrieb dazu das ich eine virtuelle Kreditkarte benutzt habe und das es zu dieser Karte nur einen Screenshot von der Seite mit der Nummer gibt und auf diese Karte der Name nicht darauf steht weil es ja nur die eine Seite gibt.

Es kam eine Mail zurück das sie einen Kontoauszug brauche auf dem die Kartennummer darauf ist und mein Name. Ich sendete den Kontoauszug mit der Bemerkung das die Kartennummer auf dem Kontoauszug bei Klarna nie darauf ist zurück und noch einen Screenshot der Karte.

Ich schrieb noch dazu da sie ja anhand des Kontoauszuges die Zahlung zuordnen können und mein Name ja auf dem Kontoauszug steht. Es kam eine Mail zurück das sie einen Kontoauszug mit der Kartennummer und dem Name darauf brauchen und einen anderen Screenshot der Karte und das ich das ja verstehen solle und das sie so nich auszahlen.

Das Geld wurde zurück auf das Spielerkonto transferiert. Es handelt sich nun um einen Streitwert von 400 Euro.

On 8.9.2024, I had 1329€ after wagering a bonus, I withdrew the money and started verifying my account. I then uploaded a picture of my ID card to the site on the same day. On 16.9, they sent me an email (screenshot) saying that my withdrawal has been placed back in my balance, as I had sent them a "blurry" image of my ID, and hadn't send them an official bank statement yet. I then uploaded a bank statement, and new pictures of my ID card on 17.9.

As I hadn't heard anything from them, I contacted them through live chat on 31.9, and asked what is the hold up, since the verification of the documents should take only 1-3 days, as their site says. The live chat operative told me that they "trust" that the verification team is going to contact me once they are done with the verification, nothing else.

On 1.10 I again asked what is the hold up, and told them I'd contact AskGamblers on the following friday if my account hasn't been verified and money withdrawn because my verification is being held up for no reason.

On 4.10, they sent an email (screenshot) saying that, again, the pictures of my ID card are blurry (none of the pictures were blurry, other sites had accepted them without a problem). I humored them and sent them new pictures of my ID cards for the third time. I sent the pictures on 4.10, and waited again, and as I received no response I decided to contact the customer support through email on 10.10 (screenshot), and they told me that the documents I send have to be valid and that the finance team will check it "as soon as they can".

It's been 4 days since that and I haven't heard anything from them, so I thought its time to open a complaint here, as it seems they are just using delay tactics and trying to make me play the balance away.

West casino is a place I discovered earlier in March. I noticed somewhere a post saying that they offer free spins for new sign ups and of course it got my attention right away. However it wasn’t the reason why I decided to join them.

As I usually do, I first checked their reviews on Askgamblers and noticed that Askgamblers had an exclusive sign up bonus. The bonus I’m talking about was a good 150% match along with 100 free spins. They are one of EveryMatrx casinos and it’s been a while since I registered at an EveryMatrix casino simply because a great number of them are shutting down. Regardless I was surprised to see that the bonus carried 35x wagering requirements.

Before signing up I chatted with their customer support to see if the offer was really as good as it sounded and whether I was eligible for it. Support was very friendly yet professional and I was told that I was good to go and that the bonus carried 35x bonus wagering!

Rest assured I signed up through Askgamblers link and tried to make a 20eur deposit using AskGamblers code. The code showed up as invalid and after a conversation with support, I was told that Malta wasn't eligible for it. Then I proceeded with their standard welcome bonus and deposited 20 eur. I got a match bonus along with 100 free spins on Guns n Roses slot machine. The spins paid 21 eur and then I started playing Twin Spin. I hit a big win, almost 400x bet and wanted to check the wagering. Then I saw that the wager was much higher than it should be and I started a conversation with their chat representative, who turned out to be the Account Manager.

Long story short, the support had given me invalid information and in fact, the bonus had 35x deposit and bonus wagering requirements, which if I had known, I wouldn't have taken in the first place. Regardless, after a long conversation the Account Manager cancelled the bonus for me and I was left with nearly 110 eur balance. My greed took over and I lost the money eventually.

Overall I have mixed feelings about West casino. From one side I enjoyed the game collection, but from the other I didn't like the hassle I went through and the misinformation I was given. Therefore, if I play there, it will never be with bonuses.

Live chat is not good, when I wrote that I want to close my account. I told them that there was too many dead spins and their reels lagged, and she said they had not had any complaints about this, but I see already complaints on here.

Nothing the casino don't care about responsible gaming.

I ask the Casino with an positive amount to closure my account immediately because I have a gambling problem. The Casino Team don't care. On next day they confirm they did something wrong an they apologize that they miss to set the limit but my money was not refunded. Registered, played got verified and withdrew - money in the bank! Within two days!
I am finding it hard to find fault with my experience. Brendon on chat guided me through to the askgamblers bonus which some sites have done their best to avoid and offered great service. I then got a bit of luck, cancelled my welcome bonus, withdrew and sent my docs for verification and sat back expecting to wait a couple of days, but found the funds in my bank just now, only a day following registration - the best experience a new punter could ask for!

The wagering could be lower - in my opinion is average for the industry but cannot see any unreasonable restrictions.

Played for a few months, not to much, never made an withdrawal.

I dont understand how this casino could have such a good rating here with ridicilous bonus terms. Asked for the chat operator for the terms of the bonus which they gave me( 25% for a deposit of 40eur) ,and him said 35x, but didnt mention that i need to wager deposit and bonus,so i end up with 40eur deposit and 10eur bonus with a wageringnof 1750eur. 175times the bonus i have receive.
