What is there not to like? It took less than 2 hours to verify my account. There seem to be very many positives about the site, especially the presentation and esthetic and vast array of games. However, this was overshadowed by the negative experience with first-contact customer support.
I am not a site player--nor a player per se--but experienced hostile and rude treatment on the Live Chat here on 24/1/2020, when asking a simple question for a global casino review site where this casino had asked to be featured.

Not much to like, they’re an average casino with an OK selection of games. They really need to up and improve or they’ll disappear like other casinos have before them.
They repeatedly send false and misleading offers via email. For example I was told I had 100 free spins because I had accumulated £150 or more in deposits that week. But then I was told I wasn’t eligible as I should have made 3 x £50 deposits and I had only made 2 x £50 deposits (and then several £30 and £40 deposits). They also send me regular false information and claims I’m eligible for more and I never am. Their agents on live chat are also very rude and I’ve reported them to the gambling commission.

I got worst experience what you can get as a gambler. I deposit 80 euros and I used bonus 70% what I got to my e-mail. I won my biggest win ever and I tried to withdrawal 6350 euros. There was something problem like I'm abusing bonus rules, because some other player have same IP-address and bonus was already used. MGA searched that situation and this actually happened. Bad luck maybe. That is the reason why I'm not trying to make complaint again at AskGamblers. I don't know who can be that another user. In Finland our IP-addresses (mobile broadband) are not personal so I think rules like this are unfair to gambler.
I can't understand why I can get bonus which is already used by same IP-address. There must be something information like "you are not allowed to this bonus, because its already used". That situation was not my fault. Westcasino gave back that 80 euros which I deposited.
