Big Panda is an Asian themed slot in Cayetano’s game palette and has a very decent interface. It’s a little bit reminded me of RTG style where we can play with an average drawing and designed product and there’s nothing real excels or be real terrible. The theme of the slot is realized a pagoda building in the background and some typical Asian symbols like bonsai tree or ying and yang emblem and also have a great, relaxing supplementary background music but to be honest despite of all of these attributes it still seems to me just another, average interface and maybe I’m insatiable but I think more could have been made out of this theme and an improved visualization easily would have increased the overall playing experience.

If I say about its look, it’s just average sadly I can’t do that regarding the game segment as it has more shortcomings than positives. I can start right with the best paying 5 of a kind line win which is only 400 times of line bet which is laughable. For example, playing with €1 total bet, the maximum I can win is €20 is very far to be just acceptable and if we consider the Wild can’t multiply wins and there’s no other chance that this amount would be bigger the overall picture is even worse. Speaking of the Wild, the game has an unusual way to use this feature as there are no traditional Wild symbol that can appear on the reels during normal spin, instead the Wilds on the table are awarded randomly when the whole screen is darkened and fireworks started to fly over the reels and may or may not transforms selected symbols on the reels into Wild. They can be 4, 5 6 or even more at the end of the fireworks but it doesn’t mean automatically any real big wins. I think I got 7 Wilds on the table once when the whole first reel turned into Wilds but my final won amount at that spin barely reached the €20 plateau but the normally won prize with a stake like this is around €8-€12.

The game’s only bonus feature comes if 3 Bonus icon appears on the screen but it happens so rare that sometimes I have a feeling that bonus is a non-existent one. On the very few occasions when it still shows up we have a chance at a wheel of fortune to spin randomly chosen occasions and win some bonus prizes which will be multiplied by the used total bet at the end of the feature. Maybe this feature is worth to play with this slot because there’s the chance there to win up to 200 times of bet which is fantastic at this product.

This slot has a really terrible payout policy and I mean here not just the potential is not in this game but my experience whit Big Panda also shows that cold streaks can be visible very often and even the Wilds can let us down from time to time (I hate here when the screen is darkened and I’m ready for getting some Wilds on the table but nothing happens and when the fireworks stop to fly around there isn’t any Substitute symbol on the reels, not even one).

Sorry to say that but this is a bad gambling product. Its qualities can’t be considered as good and dare to say it they doesn’t reach the average level so really there’s nothing here that I can imagine that would be seductive so I can advise to move on and try to find a good video slot elsewhere.
