Zetbet Casino - Payment not issued since June 19th

I won a bet on zetbet since June. I have done all verification and and they are all approved. I made a withdrawal request since 19th of June from my winnings but up till now I haven’t been paid I reached out to their customer representative and all they have been telling me is that they will work ok my payment. I asked them why I am not paid since 19th of June but they have no genuine reason for not paying me. Their customer service no longer respond to my chat

Delayed cashout Zetbet

Deposited £2500 over 8 deposits. Cashed out £3500 on 23rd December. Asked to verify account and all was done on 24th December. Since this date my only point of contact has been the chat function. Nice people but each time I contact them I am told the payment got stuck with the processor and they are waiting for it to be declined so they can reissue the money. I am told I cannot speak to the relevant department and they will update me by email. Since 24th to date no email update and no money. Still saying thanks for your patience and the relevant department will update you. Please help!
