Delayed cashout Zetbet
Deposited £2500 over 8 deposits. Cashed out £3500 on 23rd December. Asked to verify account and all was done on 24th December. Since this date my only point of contact has been the chat function. Nice people but each time I contact them I am told the payment got stuck with the processor and they are waiting for it to be declined so they can reissue the money. I am told I cannot speak to the relevant department and they will update me by email. Since 24th to date no email update and no money. Still saying thanks for your patience and the relevant department will update you. Please help!
