Zet Casino - Missing deposit and worst support ever

I made a UPI payment to the casino which was successful it said to wait 10 minutes which I did but my deposit was a no show!

I contacted the support and they kept asking for a screenshot and said the same shit like 4 times I contacted them.

The support staff is like bots here. Why do I have to wait what was my mistake if everything went properly?
