Delay in money refund


I am complaining, which I am attaching with proofs, that after making the payment, it turned out that my region was out of service, so my account was closed by support immediately and I was promised 72 hours to return the money. Almost 20 days have passed and whenever I write the same text, I receive an email "tomorrow" and the money, but nothing ever happens.

Yes everything is fine!
I'm sorry that I had to go so far to find a solution. It is understandable that the relevant department is overburdened, but the lack of communication and the solution after 2-3 weeks can be blamed on the management's negligence, which is why it is advisable to think about the alternative:) I wish all the best to all the recipients!

we carefully checked the case. Yes, we had a delay with the refund, we do apologise for this. We sent money back 26/10/2023.

Right now we can't accept players from Hungary but we hope to meet ALEXYSBOY22222 when our doors would be open for players from this country. Our support agents had to notify the player that the refund was done.

Zaza doesn't have a lot of rules. The rule number one is that our players always get more. More fun, more pleasure, more positive experience.
