Casino took my winnings
I won at the end of February about 3500 euros in zaza casino, passed verification and put my winnings to withdraw. However, the casino restricted access to my account and requested verification via skype. I do not know english well, as it is not my native language, but the casino demanded that the call have to be in English. I agreed to their requirements, although it was very inconvenient for me, I accepted the call and we chatted on Skype, I answered all their questions, at the end of the call I was told to wait for a response.
