Casino took my winnings

I won at the end of February about 3500 euros in zaza casino, passed verification and put my winnings to withdraw. However, the casino restricted access to my account and requested verification via skype. I do not know english well, as it is not my native language, but the casino demanded that the call have to be in English. I agreed to their requirements, although it was very inconvenient for me, I accepted the call and we chatted on Skype, I answered all their questions, at the end of the call I was told to wait for a response. A month later I received an email that my account was blocked without the possibility of recovery and I would not get my legal winnings. I did not break any rules. I ask askgambler to sort out the situation and help me get me my winnings.

Delay in money refund

I am complaining, which I am attaching with proofs, that after making the payment, it turned out that my region was out of service, so my account was closed by support immediately and I was promised 72 hours to return the money. Almost 20 days have passed and whenever I write the same text, I receive an email "tomorrow" and the money, but nothing ever happens.
