Would not self exclude me

I emailed the company asking them to self exclude me days ago, but on Saturday I deposited over £400.
Thwy emailed me back giving me other options, which I replied I didn't want and just to self exclude me and they still didnt. I have emailed the company asking that they not take my deposits which are still pending and they havnt replied. I want my deposits for Saturday back.
