Withdrawal delayed for over a week despite verification

I’m a VIP player on Wolfbet. I won a significant amount and requested a withdrawal of $8,000 over a week ago.

The KYC was approved, and I provided all requested documents, including wallet verification and proof of transaction. Despite this, my withdrawal has been "under review by the provider" for days with no real update.

I’ve contacted the support multiple times and all I get is the same message: "please wait." I feel like the process is being delayed on purpose, and I’m losing trust in the platform.

I’m asking AskGamblers to help resolve this case and push the casino to process my funds as promised. I can provide all necessary proofs.
