I requested a withdrawal on March 26th to be sent via wire transfer and it is now April 2nd and still says "awaiting process". I would like some help on the matter and figuring out where this may stand and what more needs to be done to finally have this processed and paid. The amount is a substantial amount and I was under the impression i would have already received it by now.

I just received this email. Does this mean that the withdrawals will come through now that i have completed all of the verification process.
