I requested a withdrawal for $794.00 on January 20, 2018. The net withdrawal amount is $794.00 less the free spins bonus of $450.00 which equals $344.00. I spoke to live chat a few times and each time they said that they would escalate the process each time. I have had no response to this issue. It has now been over two months. Can you please contact Prism Casino and ask them what the status is of this withdrawal?
