Withdrawal processed, but no money received

I have 2 withdrawals processed since 23 of march i have sent documents ,they have been approved,i paid 15£ for each witdrawal and all i got when i called the casino every other day was lies,they told me that today and tomorrow i will definetly recive my money,today to be told that i have to wait another 7 days!
I never come across such a dissapointing casino and customer service after they even charge money to withdraw.
My withdraws are as follow 155£ and 515£.
My concern is that i will not get my money at all from them,the contradict eachother on the phone and this make me worried.
Please please help me solve this.

Update, yesterday i called again and i have been told that the bank account withdraws are failing and that i will need either Nettler or Skrill acount so they can put my money there!
Since i did not have neither of them i opened a Skrill account yesterday And gave them the details.
I did not recived any money yet,they said today to wait another 24hrs
I really hope my gut feeling that i am meesed around is wrong.
