Bitcoin withdrawal approved on march 8th. Emailed like 50 times and always get the same computer generated reply that they will contact me within 24 hours, they do not. Chat keeps telling me to keep waiting, was expediated on March 28 and still nothing has happened. They have approved my verification documents, that was done before I even made the withdrawal. At a loss as to what to do, I have never had to do this with any casino I have played at for many years. Help!
