I have been waiting for my £400 to be placed into my account for weeks no errors no complaints about anything yet other then this morning saying they have been trying to ring I have had 0 phone calls give them a second contact and no reply they said they need to verify my details so I thought why not email saying can you send or actually use the inbox system built into the site, I would only like my £400 cause at the moment I thought it was going to be a quick process like other casinos online and it would take a few days not a few weeks

Please help

However, please note that you have opened several accounts on our site, which is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. This information has been sent to you several times to your e-mail address registered on our site and we received no answer from you in this respect.

We wish to remind you that according to our Terms and Conditions:

3.4 By registering on Casino770, the user irrevocably authorizes Casino770 to limit to a maximum of three (3) the number of registered accounts with Casino770 per IP addresses. The user acknowledges and agrees that he shall not use an IP address that has more than three registered accounts and that it is his sole responsibility to verify the number of registered accounts with Casino770 prior to registering his own personal account. In the event a user uses an IP address that has three or more registered accounts with Casino770, the user irrevocably agrees to authorize Casino770 to block at its sole discretion any payment request(s) and to forfeit fully any amount in dispute to Casino770.

Please also note that we have tried to contact you by phone several times, in order to discuss this situation, but the number you have provided us with was not available.

Furthermore, as you provided us with a new number, we have tried to phone you again today, but we had no reply.

Therefore, our customer service will continue to try contacting you, in order to solve this situation.

Kindly take into account that with every withdrawal request, there are certain procedures to be followed, as well as certain conditions to be met.

As you have not complied with our Conditions, your situation has to be discussed on the phone.

fine then since i cant withdraw my winnings i want a full refund to go into my bank account by monday the 11th of march, cause i find it a joke that i have not recieved a single email and havent had a phone when i was told id be expecting one by your customer support 24/7
